Charming 4 bedroom West Indian-style home with beautiful travertine-tile patio and pool overlooking spectacular mountain-top and Buck Island views. Located on private cul de sac. Very quiet, peaceful and safe location. Fully equipped kitchen has brand new appliances, granite counter-tops, cherry cabinets, copper-slate tiles. Air conditioning throughout, but just open windows for lovely trade-wind breeze. Mexican tile floors throughout interior. Furnished with unique teak and mahogany pieces and local art. Four bedrooms as follows: Master suite has four poster mahogany bed with full bath; two other bedrooms on main floor, each with four poster mahogany queen-sized bed, each with full bath. Fourth bedroom on lower floor has two twin beds and full bath. Full laundry room located on lower level. (Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.) Satellite TV with 42 inch flat screen in main living area and master bedroom has Satellite TV with 20inch flat screen. Lower level has large extra family room with large screen TV and floor to ceiling windows overlooking spectacular mountainside and water view. (Possible to sleep two more downstairs on large sectional couch) Gas grill on patio for outdoor cooking, and seating for 8 for dining on patio. Additional sitting area on patio for casual lounging. Poured concrete structure, with cathedral ceilings. Weekly maid service available for extra fee. WiFi included. Close proximity to beaches and town.

Great house to get away from it all! Views are tremendous, as so were the amenities in the house. The property manager was there to greet us (at the airport no less) and helped us to get situated. Make sure to rent a larger vehicle as the driveway is a bit rough (compact cars might have a rough go at it), and don't forget to feed the pet turtle outside!Owner response: Deborah, we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. We are also grateful that you fed the turtle! I would just like to add that while the driveway is a little steep for smaller vehicles, there is parking along the road! The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there's plenty of space. You were delightful tenants and we'd love to have you back!

This home was decorated with lovely and unique antiques. We enjoyed many hours poolside and we also enjoyed cooking many meals on the grill. The extra long dining room table was nice for us to gather around in the evenings and just spend quality family time. Since this house is located on the side of a mountain, the views are breathtaking, The house is very secluded so we enjoyed the privacy. The owners of this home try very hard to ensure a wonderful vacation experience and their effort is appreciated.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Since this was our first rental, we know that there will be some things that need to be accomplished to bring those three stars up to five. We are committed to reaching that 5-star rating.

My husband and I found this house online and decided to take a chance and book it. The owners were incredibly accommodating and were so helpful in planning our vacation & answering all of our questions about vacationing on St. Croix. I can't say enough good things about this house and the island. It's absolutely beautiful - The house is magnificently decorated, impeccably furnished and extremely clean. We vacationed with two other couples, and all enjoyed the luxury of our own private baths. The kitchen is a beautiful working kitchen and we enjoyed many home cooked meals during our stay; we didn't want to leave! The view of the Caribbean from the patio/ deck/pool was fabulous - We had a great time snorkeling and enjoying the beach at the Buccaneer and Carambola - just fantastic ;-) we can't wait to come back. It felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time, experienced the beauty of St. Croix, and will definitely be back for another visit. We had an adventure going up and down the hill each day ;-) We loved it. Very private retreat - very peaceful; a special place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I spent many wonderful years in this house. We have two wonderful children, ages 17 and 23. We have recently relocated to the States. We love this house and hope that you will enjoy the warmth and sunshine that it has to offer. You will never tire of this stunning setting and pleasant island breeze.
