  Myself and 8 friends stayed here for 5 nights however the house is very well suited for extended stays. Everything you could need is provided. The kitchen is well stocked, extra linens were provided, whole house XM radio, big green egg BBQ, etc. Appliances and furnishings are all high end. It's a smart home with remote controlled lighting by Lutron, pretty cool.

  We reserved this house for a bachelor party and subsequent wedding the following week in Sanibel. The first week all the groomsmen stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was so well appointed that some of us were taking notes for our own homes. The hot tub, pool, gym, and large screen theater sized TV were all very nice amenities. The fishing from the boat dock was also very nice! They provided everything you could possibly want to completely enjoy the property. The owner met me there promptly on the day of arrival and explained how everything worked in the house. This tutorial proved useful given the sophistication of the electronics and whole house audio system. Doctors and engineers comprised the group of groomsmen staying for the week, so this was professional group with an appreciation for such a nicely appointed home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation rental if you are staying near Fort Myers or Sanibel. We all agreed to make a repeat visit every year if possible and I can assure you it will be this rental!

  Our family has stayed in amazing VRBO properties all over the world. Previously our fave was an upscale apartment in Paris with views of the Eiffel Tower. Well, now we have a tie! Nothing about this place is rental. Everything is top of the line. It truly feels like a home away from home. We actually hosted two parties here for friends who were staying in cramped little condos on the beach. One night we hosted teenagers and the basement, pool and hot tub were perfect. The other night we went to the fish market and bought tuna, crab and shrimp and had adults over for a dinner party. We have six kids ranging in age from 6 to 18. There was something for everyone. The kayaks and bikes were in constant use. The beach and downtown area were a short trolley ride away. In case of a rainy day there were many, many movie channels. We can't thank Kim enough for opening up her home for us. She really made us feel so welcome and provided us with the perfect property to have the perfect vacation!

  Fantastic, Fun, Amazing, Spectacular!!!! I could go on and on but wanted to mention all the wonderful amenities as well. Four bedrooms with private bathrooms was a must for our four couples traveling together which made us look at this property but when we arrived we received so much more than we ever imagined. This house is decked out with everything you could ever want or need and then some. Three levels with everything you need and a sound system with a party mode that allowed us to hear music in every room in the house (even the master bathroom). A beautifully maintained home with luxurious decor and a amazing screened porch with plenty of seating for all of us on those late night talks and early morning coffee. Owners were wonderful and so patient with all our many questions and phone calls (thanks Kim). Save us a spot for next year because will be back!!!

  We have used VRBO for our vacations for 10-12 years. This house is, without a doubt, the absolute best house we have ever rented. Every room is immaculately decorated. It has been recently renovated and the owners spared no expense to make this a welcoming, comfortable home. It is located on a very quiet street yet is only a minute away from the beaches. If you like the water, beaches, great food relaxation and Florida, you will love this home. We're already planing our return visit.

  Wow - beautiful home + great location = perfect family Christmas vacation! I looked long and hard to find a home that would accomodate my family of 9 adults and 4 small children (ages 5,4,3,1) and found this home worked great for us. The pictures just can not show how awesome this home is! Each family unit had their own bedroom, bathroom, and TV which kept all age groups happy with programming from Nic to football. With a group this big, we ate many meals in - the kitchen was well equipped, had top of the line appliances, and enough seating for everyone. We especially enjoyed the deluxe coffe maker and huge refrigerator! The pool and hot tub were favorites of all ages. The screened in lanai was the perfect place to sit with your book and coffee and watch for dolphins which swim right into the bay by the dock. Our guys took advantage of the dock for fishing and did a little paddling with the kayaks. The sound system throughout the whole house was an added benefit. Coming from Iowa, we definitely wanted a location that would have warm climate and sandy beaches - Fort Myers definitely was the place! The home is located close to Fort Myers Beach and easily drivable to other nearby attractions. Jim and Kim made great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and day trips and were always available to answer questions. I thought the pricing for the property was very resonable for a home this size and all amenities. Contracts and payments were handled professionally and deposit was returned. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would be interested in returning next year.

  We stayed at this luxury home for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The home is custom throughout. All the appliances and furnishings were top grade and very elegant. The home feels and lives very large and had a fantastic screened deck on the second floor with a wonderful view of the bay. The views from the top floor bedroom and Laniai were fantastic! Custom surround sound stereo throughout the entire property allowed you to be anywhere on the property and have your favorite music on while you enjoyed your favorite cocktail or socializing with family or friends. There are large HD TV's through out the entire property as well as a very large tv with XBOX. We saw plenty of Dolphins and caught plenty of fish right off the dock. A quick 5 min on the boat and you could be in the Gulf making your way to Sanibel or out in to the Gulf to fish or just cruise and enjoy the Gulf. We reviewed many properties on the beach and there was not a single home that was as exquisite as this home. If you require a property that is well maintained and has all the high end furnishings and technology of a luxury home this is the place. The dock will easily accommodate a 60' ft boat and there is shore power on the dock. The pool was heated and there were sea kayaks for us to use as well. The pool is now fenced in and secured for kids which was a concern for us and our kids. Pool area is safe and very kid friendly. Add the Hot Tub and well appointed fitness area and with all the ammeneties the property had to offer it was easily the top choice for us. The owner was very accomodating and was a pleasure to deal with thorough out our experience. We look forward to renting this property again! Very nice Jim and Kim Thank You !!
