Charming Place in a beautiful community
Charming Place in a beautiful community
We truly loved our stay in Holland Michigan and Lisa, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very accomodating. She was very responsive to our needs and even let us check out later than 11:00am. The home is situated in a beautiful part of Holland and is walking distance to Lake Macatawa. It is a very short drive to downtown Holland to enjoy some great food or shopping. We were there for my son's baseball tournament. The house was very clean and had most everything. We will have to say that we were surprised when we arrived that there was not TV. However, we certainly were busy with baseabll and going to Holland State Park, that we did not miss having one. There were plenty of games and ready material that was provided. The beach was amazing and very clean. Sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset was truly peaceful and quaint. I would highly recommend this house and if we have another tournament next year we will come back. Thanks for opening your house to us.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
We stayed over the labour day weekend. Lisa was so accommodating as we were only able to arrive late at night. Everything was tastefully decorated with a nautical theme and had a very comfortable cottage feel. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. There was everything we needed to cook our own meals. We had a great time completing puzzles on the screened porch. Overall, we had a relaxing stay at this charming cottage and can't wait to book it the next time we come to Holland. Thank you Lisa!
