Delightfully furnished. Sleeps 4-6. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom / shower. Second bedroom has one full bed. Third bedroom / office has a queen sleeper sofabed. Includes two 1.75 baths, fireplace, covered patio with patio furniture, propane gas bbq grill and hottub. Amenities include Digital expanded cable with DVR, DVD Player, VCR, wireless internet, washer, dryer. TV's and alarm clocks in each room. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, bowls and all cooking utensils. service for 8. Private, fenced-in yard in friendly, quiet suburban neighborhood. Everything included, just bring yourself. Close to everything. El Paseo shopping district, golf courses, hiking trails, The Living Desert, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants. Private, enclosed back yard with mountain views and lovely Palm Trees and sculpture garden. Covered, tiled patio with a variety of patio furniture. This delightful home has been lovingly restored and is the perfect Palm Springs Winter residence.

Our stay at The Pepper Tree was simply delightful! The location was perfect for our two weeks going to the BNP Parabus Tennis Tournament. The Pepper theme decor was a cute idea. Your home was very comfortable and the patio made sitting out in the evenings just lovely. Thank you for making our time in the Desert so much fun. Looking forward to next year too!! P.S. We arrived and found everything as expected! Entered to find a lovely "goodie' baskets for muchies as well as forgotten necessities. We stayed for several weeks during the annual tennis tournament in March and the LPGA tournament at the end of the month..... the location was absolutely perfect! The large flat yard was perfectly manicured and the home comfortable for our needs. The instructions for entry and all appliances were easy to follow and well tested as all items worked as described. The home was very clean and photos represented the place very accuarately. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Walked to morning coffee and is very close to grocery or sandwich shop.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

About the owner: My name is Gretchen and this was my primary home since 1999. I loved living in the Desert and loved this home, but I wanted to be closer to family and friends, so I moved back to where I grew up. I still frequent the Desert and spend time at the house several times a year. I have enjoyed lovingly restoring the home and contine to invest in new home projects every year. It's not an extravagant home, but it is a wonderful residence for those wanting to get away from those cold winters to relax and enjoy Beautiful Palm Desert.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
The property is located in a lovely surburban neighborhood. It's quiet for those wanting to just relax and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful weather. It's a great walking neighborhood. The property is very close to everything and only three blocks to the edge of El Paseo.
