  We stayed in the cozy venice guest house for 2 months and loved it! Fabulous location - it's in a beautiful neighborhood just one block to all of the trendy shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. The guest house is stocked with all of the amenities you would ever need, and we especially enjoyed the outside patio at sunset. Emmy & Jason are gracious hosts and responsive to questions and needs. I highly recommend the cozy guest house for a short-term or long-term stay in Venice!

  Our spontaneous holiday in Venice was complemented perfectly by our stay at this sweet, well-located guest house. Clean space, contemporary furnishings, handy appliances and two bikes made for an easy, happy stay. Communication with the homeowners was positive, quick and kind. Overall, our entire experience was topnotch - thanks so much.

  The guest house is in a great location short way to Abbot Kinney ( 5 Minutes) and short Way to Venice Beach (10 Minutes)!The owners are so friendly!The guest house has a nice private garden,a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer,microwave a huge fridge,a great and comfortable King Size bed and a bathroom with shower,also flat tv and w-lan!really a great and nice guest house ,very clean and also quiet! i like to sit in the small garden in the evenings and every day i used the bike to ride along the beach ,to santa monica and more!the bikes are great!around is a lot to see the canals the venice beach pier,the venice skatepark, muscle beach and the venice boardwalk!around Abbot Kinney are so many nice boutiques and lovely restaurants!But the owner can give you a few more tips and information of some good restaurants and places!This was for sure not the last time i will stay at this guest house!I really enjoyed the nice guest house and the great location!Thanks for everything Emmy and Jason!i will return in 2013 for sure!your guest house is the best place to be so nice and clean i had everything i need!thanks for all! I will give you 5 Stars and 100% for your location,it was the best decision to stay at your lovely place!

  My parents were in town for a visit and stayed at this cute guest house. It's adorable, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It's the perfect space, both inside and out. The outside is perfect for a lazy afternoon or evening enjoying the amazing beach weather that west LA offers year around. Abbot Kinney is only 2 blocks away and offers everything you may need - excellent restaurants, coffe & pastries, wine bars, convenience store and lots of great shopping. The house comes with 2 bikes, which makes it easy to get to the beach or to the beautiful Venice Canals, although both are walkable as well. The owners are easy to work with, accomodating, personable and available, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. You won't regret renting this little gem in Venice.

  This guest house was in a great location as I love to be able to walk to Abbot Kinney. We used the bikes each day and loved biking along the beach. Very quiet location and would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  I stayed here in January and can't recommend the place more highly. A stone's throw from Abbot Kinney, the location is great -- lots of cool shops and great restaurants -- the house clean and comfortable and the owner's really cool. I have definitely told family and friends about the place already and am looking forward to my next trip.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
