Moonstone Point is a 3400 square foot luxurious family home, perfectly nestled in the mountains on a “point” directly above Breckenridge. This home sits on 1.2 acres backing up to the National Forest. The open floor plan - family room, dining room and kitchen (with spectacular views) allows for relaxation and entertaining. This is the ideal setting for couples, families or corporate getaways. This 4 bedroom, 3.75 bath home features a stone fireplace for cozy gatherings in winter months, and a wrap-around deck with a gas or charcoal barbecue for year-round casual entertaining.
There are two master suites - one on the main floor and one upstairs. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs and a queen sleeper couch in the family room. The downstairs large master suite and bath were a recent addition and it has a huge walk in closet. Each of the three bathrooms has a shower, one is a relaxing steamer shower, and the downstairs master bath features a walk in shower with dual shower heads and a vanity with double sinks.
The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with marble countertops and newer appliances. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges are visible from the expansive windows and deck that is highlighted with a new Jacuzzi hot tub.
There is wireless internet access, a game center and toys, Nintendo and Playstation game systems, televisions, and a great stereo system with a cd library. There is a selection of sleds for children to use.
Moonstone Point is located just 5 minutes from the main ski gondola, and 15 minutes from a Jack Nicklaus designed 27 hole championship golf course.

I stayed at this home for one of my best friends pre-wedding trip. This place was perfect! so relaxing and so close to downtown. We watched movies on their big comfy couches, hung out in the hot tub, used the tubes to make our own slide in the snow, and just hung out. Altogether, it was a great weekend. The house is so comfortable and spacious! The views are amazing and it was so convenient having our own kitchen and fridge. I will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I really enjoyed our stay at the moonstone property! Everything was great, the views are amazing from the hot tub, the bedrooms, and from the living room. I loved the open spaces and all the windows. It was such a relaxing and fun weekend. The house had everything we need to enjoy our time there. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with the essentials. The owners were very helpful in replying right away to emails or messages when we had questions about the house. It was easy to get in and we didn't have much trouble finding it. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good. Close to the town and restaurants.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoy the home very much. It had a well equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms allowed for plenty of privacy. Having a garage was very nice and the hot tub couldn't be beat. It was probably the best place we have stayed in Breckenridge with a country feel and yet just a few minutes to town.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 4 adult couples going so having four bedrooms with King or Queen size beds was great. It was also the only house with a wood burning fireplace in Breckenridge. The fireplace is located in the living room surronded by floor to ceiling windows that had a view of the mountains. The view almost looked fake it was so beautiful! And nothing beats sitting in the hot tub at night looking up at all of the stars in the clear sky. This house is what you imagine staying at when going on a ski trip to Colorado. Steve and Nancy were so understanding and easy to work with on the rental agreement and arangements for arrival and departure. We will definitely stay at Moonstone Pt again if we make it back to Breckenridge! Thanks again Steve and Nancy! We are the proud owners of this awesome mountain home in Breckenridge, Colorado. After five months of searching, we found the ultimate place with privacy from neighbors and great views of the mountains. Located on 1.2 acres, our home backs up to the National Forest. You will love the open and airy floor plan. There are two master suites, one on the main floor and the second upstairs with the other two bedrooms.
