The home contains over four thousand square feet of luxury indoor living with elevator, and is situated on a quiet 1/2 acre lot on the end of a cul-de-sac. Community tennis courts & bike paths.
This five bedroom, four and a half bath home has three separate masters, ideal for large families or adult couples traveling together. The homes' many levels allow children and adults to enjoy their own separate living areas. The main master suite is located on a separate level from the other bedrooms with screened deck, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.
The Mariner has over 1500 square feet of decking on three separate levels including wrap-around sun decks, covered decks, and screened-in porches with paddle fans, all designed to enjoy the wonderful sweeping ocean views. It is a breathtaking four+ stories tall, which helps to maximize the beautiful scenery from all rooms.
The pool area is unusually large and is especially great for outdoor parties and cookouts! Also for your late night enjoyment is a game room with pool table, card table and wet bar. There is direct access to the beach via a scenic footpath / boardwalk (very short 60 second walk) with no streets to cross.

The dolphins were so close we could have swan with them. We scoured the sea for sand dollars and found hundreds of then on the sand bar at sunset. We had a great time catching fish on the beach. It seemed we got a bite with every cast and still had plenty of time to cook, eat, get cleaned up, and enjoy one another. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Excellent accomodations. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful -- like home only better
