A large 3 plus bedroom villa we call 'Lodge Bend' can sleep a bunch, or be perfect for two. All the modern convenience. We have large yard, fig trees, pear and apples trees and a grape arbor for the right time of year. Near historic sites like George Washington Birthplace, Reedvillle, VA which has a Fisherman's Museum, and a number of new Virginia Winneries for touring and tasting.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: We built this house after the old house was damaged by a tropical storm, and we out grew it. We live in the Washington, DC area and use this as our second home, but also as a rental. We love the property so we will be very involved in making sure that the experience is great.
Why the Owner Chose Lottsburg:
Located in the peaceful Northern Neck, this is a chance to experience true water serenity. Fabulous sunsets, great walking and very quiet. This is truly rural Virginia. Corn and soy bean fields surround the property Neighbors are acres apart and mostly not there. Every one is friendly and helpful.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The local sports store will tell you too about hunting and fishing opportunities. Ferry to Tangier Island just down the road. We have a canoe or trailer your own boat.
