Since we live in the building we are here to make sure your stay is comfortable. You don't need to rent a car! Walk to restaurants, charming shops, groceries, The Breakers Hotel, Flagler Museum, Incoastal Bike/walking path, beach, etc.
This quiet, charming, sunny studio, non-smoking condominium is located in the heart of downtown Palm Beach at the Palm Beach Hotel, 235 Sunrise Avenue, and was recently designated an Historic Landmark. This relaxing studio with twin beds is located on the second floor overlooking the pool. It is a very quiet unit. (building has two elevators and a handicap ramp for easy accessibility). There is a flat screen TV, kitchenette with sink,
microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, dishes, silverware and coffee pot. Maximum
capacity is two. Wireless Internet reception in rooms, mezzanine/library area, lobby and loggia area near pool.

room, laundry room on lower level. Over the last few years, there have been numerous upgrades at the Hotel.
Walk to at least ten different restaurants! Relax in our tropical heated pool or on the large loggia enjoying a treat from the adjoining French Bakery or full meals from Publix fabulous supermarket across the street. Walk to several houses of worship.(We are next door neighbors of St. Edwards Church, the Kennedy family parish in Palm Beach.) There is an Orthodox Synagogue on the
upper level of the Hotel and another one a block away.
A Conservative Temple is around the corner. Bike
rental shop is in building with Intercoastal bike/walking trail just one block west. The beach is just one block east. Grocery across the street, and two pharmacies a stone's throw away. You can have a simple low cost meal at a counter or dine at a 4 star restaurant. All within a few blocks.
Just a ten minute taxi ride from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) our guests
really don't need to rent a car. Located between the Atlantic ocean and Intercoastal you can walk to beach (two short blocks east, Flagler Museum,
The Breakers Hotel, grocery stores, charming shops
along Royal Poinciana and just a little bit further,
famous, fabulous Worth Avenue. Just walk over
Flagler Bridge to West Palm Beach and all its
restaurants and tourist sights. This is indeed LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

About the owner: We purchased this unit in 2010 Our friends and family are always wanting to visit and we thought it a perfect addition to our unit next door VRBO #431587- a large one bedroom TWO bath unit. We totally retired here in 2005 and are always available to make your stay with us a perfect vacation. My husband had been President of the Condo Association for 9 years. We knew it was an undiscovered gem and have loved, with the help of a willing Board of Directors, bringing it back to it's beautiful low key grandeur. We have an eclectic mix of resident owners; seasonal renters; and shorter-stay hotel guests from all over the world.
