Located on a private street in Frisco, the house is in a quiet location, surrounded by Mountains and beautiful views. It's been totally renovated, everything is brand new, tiled bathrooms, wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 levels, leather circular sofa, 55' HDTV, 42' HDTV in Master, 650 sf. of covered deck/patios, gas fireplace, 2 car garage, plus additional parking and room to park an RV or trailer! There's a horseshoe pit, outdoor dining tables, bbq gas grill and more!
This property has a very large, beautiful green grass lawn which is not common here and a real treat!
The Master bedroom has a King bed with private bath.
2nd bedroom has a Queen with sliding glass door to first level patio.
3rd bedroom has a Queen bed.
2nd and 3rd bathroom share a full bath in the hallway with double vanity.
Washer and Dryer in house.
Upstairs is a large open living/kitchen/dining area. Granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless appliances, wood floors and lots of windows. Enjoy great mountains views and views of the alpine meadows of the expansive Arapaho National Forest from the 2nd story deck.

I went with 3 of my friends last month for a girls retreat and we had a perfect stay. This house is in a neighborhood, but one morning we looked down from the kitchen window and saw a fox. Beautiful. Everything is new and clean. The bed and bed linens were most excellent. I would definitely recommend and come back. Oh, and the host instructions were clear and simple - easy in and easy out.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The property was accurately depicted in the photos. Inside was new, clean, and ready for our arrival. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoos, soaps, great towels, etc. The upstairs living/great room area was big and open. Nice gas fireplace. We were walking distance (if it wasn't snowing!) to the main street of Frisco and about a 15 minute drive into Breckenridge. I would recommend this property. Very comfy and convenient. Owner was responsive to our requests of info.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Lovely home, fabulous location (far enough from Main St to be quiet, close enough for a nice walk to Main St). We had the king bed and it was so comfortable; plenty of hot water for showering (5 of us in our party). The kitchen was well stocked w/pots, pans, cooking utensils, lots of dishes, glassware and silverware so you didn't have to run dishwasher constantly. It just needs a large bowl for mixing/salads. Oh, and maybe a coffee scooper. Also, as to the outside, there needs to be at least one more walkway light between garage and house. We appreciated the sidewalk salt being available. Would definitely recommend this property to friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
