Our luxury villa is supplemented with elegant high quality furniture and accessories which includes a bright and spacious open-plan family room to relax in together as a family. The entertainment centre offers a 47-inch wide-screen HD Television and DVD player with digital cable. You also have the option to relax in a more quiet setting in the separate living room supplemented again with high quality furniture.
Bedroom arrangements include 1 Master en-suite, 2 Queen en-suites, 1 King bedroom, 1 Twin room and 1 Single bed in the study / spare bedroom; each bedroom comes complete with luxury furniture and high quality bedding with LCD flat screen TV’s; plus separate A/C games room.

Our family stayed at this beautiful house for 7 nights in mid March 2012; after visiting the owner’s web-site and reading the good reviews of this property we decided to go with this dream house. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be; everything was exactly as described, the house is gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean a pleasure to arrive-at after a long journey. The house is a great location for all the parks Disney etc, in fact they are so close we could easily return home for a mid day break and return later in the evening after enjoying the afternoon sun. The Windsor Hills resort is immaculate and located close to restaurants, grocery stores and plenty of shopping. Also the actual house-plot was great because you have so much privacy while using the pool and the patio area (no neighbours directly behind you) there is a great swimming pool that is crystal clear; pool temperatures were perfect with the patio area drenched in sunshine from early morning to late afternoon. The house contains everything you can ask for a great vacation close to Disney; lovely furniture, very comfortable bedding and TV’s in every bedroom; it was much better than staying at a hotel - here the kids could use the games room and we could easily cook if we wanted to. From our initial enquiry, communication with the owners (Mike or Val) were quick to respond and reliable and they are both very understanding; they were also extremely conscientious about making sure our arrival and stay was pleasant and easy. We had a vacation that we wished would never end so if you are looking for a nice, clean, big and beautiful house, don't look any further and take this property.Did you find this review helpful? A luxury villa within a short drive of Disney World. My family and friends stayed August 2011 and would recommend this first class villa without hesitation. Standards were of the highest in all areas of the villa, from the pool area to the kitchen and bedrooms immaculately clean. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby, fabulous food at the outback and the Red Lobster very well priced too. The owners could not have been more helpful making sure direction from the airport to the villa on arrival were made straightforward for us to follow, and they were most helpful with all queries we had. We have just completed a 5 night visit to this beautiful home (mid December 2011) and would highly recommend this home and the Windsor Hills resort; it’s simply a home away from home and surpassed our expectations. Our party consisted of 4 adults, 4 kids and a toddler with more than enough room and space for our family party; with a large living area and spacious modern kitchen, lovely dining room facilities, large TV viewing area and separate family room for the adults to relax, to summarize all the downstairs living area is very comfortable and clean with really nice furniture and decor, for this we must complement the owners on their choices. The 6 Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and most have their own bathroom. In addition to above the heated pool and dedicated games room provided hours of extra fun times after returning from the parks. The Windsor Hills resort is such an ideal / convenient location, Central for everything we wanted to visit with very quick access to Disney, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and easy access to highways leading to the other theme parks. Booking the rental was very simple using the owners website, after the booking was confirmed the owners (Mike & Val) we’re very pleasant to work with and went the extra mile by allowing us an early check-in and late check-out without any extra charges. This house had everything our party required we could even keep-up with e-mails during our visit, the only problem with our trip was not with the house but with the fact that we only had 5 nights there... with 4 days at the parks, we would have enjoyed more R&R at this beautiful house. Just got back from an 7 night stay at this vacation home, and we had such a wonderful time! The Windsor Hills resort is a great place to stay, and this house was perfect. So close to Disney and many shopping areas and restaurants. The owners were friendly and helpful and easy to contact. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and kid friendly! We stayed for 10 days in this villa during October 2011; we would highly recommend this villa located within Windsor Hills; it’s the perfect location for anyone wanting to visit and stay in the Disney area, with only a 5 minute drive to the gates of Disney. The owner’s web-site is very user friendly to help with the initial online booking; we found the pictures and description exactly as shown. The villa was very clean, spacious which gave everyone lots of room to spread out. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kids loved using the pool and the games room plus the neighbourhood where the villa is located is very secure, private and quiet. The owners were very helpful, prompt and organized with all correspondences from the initial booking to the supply of our own dedicated welcome pack prior to arrival giving precise info and directions to the villa. We would highly recommend this villa for your Florida / Disney vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers) have just returned from a week in Florida, satying at Hillcrest View. The villa is absolutely great - very spacious, great entertainment facilities (swimming pool, many TVs, pool table, air hockey and table football) and very easy access to the main theme parks. I would recommend the villa very highly and I'm quite fussy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned to the UK after spending 5 days at this wonderful Villa, at the end of March 2010. Our party (4 adults and 3 young children) had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The location is absolutely ideal for the Disney parks as it really is literally a 5-10 mins drive. The villa looks exactly like the photos and is kitted out to a very high standard. It was nice and clean on arrival. We could also have easily had enough space for another family stay with us. We opted for the Pool/Hot Tub heating and would definitely recommend this if staying in March/April. We had heavy rain on 1 day but it was still warm enough, with the pool heating on, to take the kids out for a dip. We did not use the resort facilities. Interaction and communication from the owners was also precise, relevant and timely. Only one ever so slight constructive criticism is that some of the towels are starting to show their age after so many washes and drying cycles but are still ok. All in all this villa met our expectations and would definitely recommend to others especially as it does appear to offer better value than some similar Windsor Hills properties.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Hola, quiero contarles que esta casa y sus dueños son espectaculares!!!! Hicimos la reserva solo confiando en las fotos y los comentarios anteriores y no nos equivocamos.Estuvimos alojados durante 8 noches en febrero 2012. Eramos 2 matrimonios con 2 hijos adolescentes cada uno y doy fe que la casa es tal cual o más linda de lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo y además todo en perfecto estado. Es súper comoda, limpia y agradable. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerquita de los parques de Disney y el barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo. Un párrafo aparte merecen Val y Michael, son dos personas encantadoras a pesar de que solo nos conocimos por mail. Realmente muy bien predispuestos, amables y con mucha paciencia, doy fe. Quiero agradecerles públicamente. Recomiendo esta propiedad en un 100 %! Y si quieren un consejo: planeen en sus vacaciones dias libres sólo para disfrutar de la casa y la piscina!
