Our 2400 square foot home provides luxury living at its finest. After a round of golf or game of tennis, relax and unwind in the screened lanai, heated pool, or hot tub.
There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, full dresser, bedside table, large walk in closet, double sinks and wonderful soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large dress, bed side table, large closet, ceiling fan and private bath with tub and shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, night stand, ceiling fan and private bath with shower and tub. The second floor loft has a pull out sleeper sofa, closet, dresser, desk, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms and baths have several sets of bed lines, numerous towels and a hair dryer.
Cook in style in the gourmet kitchen with Corian counters, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove and microwave. All cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, bar glass, pitchers, servicing bowls, decorative bowls, toaster, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, blender, mixer, etc. are provided. Kitchen has glass top table in the breakfast nook and two bar stools at the counter for seating.
There is also a formal dining room table and hutch. The table has 2 inserts that will all for seating of 10 people comfortably.
Spacious family room (20' x 16') with two story ceiling has full size sofa and two comfortable chairs, large screen TV, stereo system, games and books are all available.
The first floor laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The attached two car garage contains, rafts for the pool, beach towels, beach umbrella and other miscellaneous items.
Our home in Copperleaf offers an 18 hole Championship course with putting and chipping areas, driving range and reciprocal golf privileges at other courses during various months of the year. A $500 fee is required to transfer the golf membership to your name for the duration of your rental. There are separate green fees and cart fees.
Copperleaf in the Brooks is conveniently located to major shopping, restaurants, beaches, theaters and just 15 minutes from the Fort Myers airport.

About the owner: Our names are Debbie and Gary. We live in Plymouth Michigan. In 2002, we built our beautiful home in Copperleaf as a place to relax and enjoy time with our three daughters. We have had years of fun and family bonding time golfing, playing tennis, swimming, biking, late night hot tubs and card nights on the patio. We have taken great pride in keeping our home in pristine condition.
Why the Owner Chose Copperleaf:
We selected the lot that our home was built on for several reasons.
(1) Our home is just a short walk to the 11,000 square foot clubhouse that has dining, swimming, golf, lighted tennis courts, bocci ball and a pro shop. There is never a need for a car to drive over.
(2) Our backyard is very private. Behind the lanai is a beautiful pond with palm trees and wild life. No cart path comes along side the house. The 10 hold of the championship tee is behind the pond.
(3) There is no road noise on our lanai from the I-75 freeway.
