An easy rental for short- or long-term stays in San Diego. I'm actually going back in a few weeks... The owner was so easy to work with, helping to coordinate the contract, keyless entry system, and wifi access. He also clearly answered all of my questions. Condo was clean, kitchen stocked with gadgets, and I got to grill outside on the small deck. Pics represent interior. Two bathrooms made having a lot of people in the house less stressful. Located right near the park (zoo!), convenient to downtown (farmer's market!), the airport, and the highway (to beach!). Quiet at night too - even when I left windows open to catch the breeze.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Golden Hill:
This property is a unit that I personally lived in for many years and loved the layout and location. Many of the amenities are of the highest quality as it was my home. In particular, the kitchen is very well stocked with excellent cookware and utensils for the serious cook. The location is minutes from most key points of interest within San Diego and serves as an excellent base camp for anyone wanting to explore San Diego and what it has to offer.
