NOTE: Do not be worried about the LOW PRICE for this unit! It's a GREAT place. Prices are set low so that we can be selective about who stays at our place. If calendar shows dates are unavailable, we do have another place nearby. Email us!

Also, to rent, we require payment in advance with check or money order and a copy of the drivers licenses of all parties staying at the location.
Also Note: Parking is very difficult, particularly if you arrive in the evening when all the locals have found a spot on the street. There is NO paid parking in the area so I would HIGHLY reccomend that you do NOT get or bring a car. Parking is possible, but often very difficult depending on the time of day you arrive.
This is an ideal place for someone looking to be NEAR New York City but not wanting to pay New York City Prices. You'll be located in a nice (Ethnic Cuban) neighborhood just minutes from the heart of New York City. A short walk (ten minutes) to the bus that will take you right into Times Square. Buses leave and return ALMOST 24 hours a day and are VERY frequent. They cost just $2 each way.
Total time to get from this condo to Times Square on a GOOD (no traffic day - not at rush hour) can be as little as 21 minutes including your time to walk to the bus. I have actually made it to Times Square FASTER than from where I used to live on the upper east side of Manhattan by subway. Don't be fooled! You can get to most places downtown or on the west side of Manhattan QUICKER than from a lot of places IN Manhattan.
When you're in NYC you don't spend a lot of time in your hotel room anyway, why pay big bucks just to sleep? My place is VERY comfortable, quick and easy to get to and very reasonably priced. Spend your money on going to great restaurants and having fun rather than on your room. You know this makes sense!
The view of Manhattan from where you take the bus is INCREDIBLE. Bring your cameras! It's also a great place to take an evening walk.
This Condominium is set up so that the sleeping areas are very private one from the other. BOTH have built in loft beds. Don't rent from me if you mind climbing up some stairs and sleeping in a loft. There are lofts in both rooms and the kitchen and bathroom are accessible from both rooms without having to disturb the other room.
There is a futon couch that folds out into a bed in the living room area, so 4 people can sleep in the living room. I also have an Aero Bed (Queen Size) available for sleeping if you don't like the loft concept. Using the futon couch and the aero bed, two couples can sleep without having to even use the loft.
The living room is the larger of the two sleeping rooms. The bathroom has a great shower and a tub. Great water pressure and the hot water is HOT. Be careful!
This condo has recently been renovated and has nice hard wood floors and a very clean and spacious kitchen. GREAT air-conditioners in both rooms, but PLEASE turn them off when not in use.
If you want to "work out" there is a gym less than 100 yards from the front door of the condo. They will provide you with short term or Daily rates.
We live nearby part of the year and are available for any questions you have about the area. We KNOW New York City well and have lived here for over 20 years. To get to NYC you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to a bus that runs VERY frequently. It drops you off in the Times Square area.
There is also a bus that takes you to a ferry that will drop you off on the far west side of Manhattan at about 38th street. This is another FUN (but more expensive way) to get into the city. I'd try it once while you're here. The ferry runs coming back to NJ til about midnight, but check the schedule to make sure.
This is a GREAT, LOW COST alternative to the now ridiculously overpriced New York City accomodations.

50% Deposit to hold the date, payable via money order or cashiers check
Remaining balance due when you check in. Cash required at check in.
Maximum of 6 people, all must sign forms and be responsible for damage
If you can't make it for any reason and a renter is found for your time
you will not be charged, if not, you will still have to pay, sorry!
