  This was house perfect. Our large family walked to Disneyland every morning in 25 minutes. The house already had strollers we could use, and we would walk up Disneyland Drive and cut through the Disneyland Grand California Hotel lobby and wind up in Downtown Disney in no time! Our group ranged in age from 1 to 61, and every one of us loved the house and were sad to leave. The little girls loved having "tea parties" in the gazebo, the little boys loved playing with the X-Box, the adults loved the outdoor grill, well stocked kitchen (stayed for five days and never had to go out to eat once! saved a fortune), comfortable rooms, and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The owner came over when we arrived to make sure we had everything we need, and even brought over additional child "floaties" for us the following day. We could not have been more satisfied, and want to visit again soon just to stay at this house!! Everything we needed to come home and relax after long days at Disneyland. Thanks again!

  This home was very clean! The pool and hot tub were fanastic. The pool was nicely heated. The great covered gazebo and kitchen area was very nice to have to grill our meals and enjoy the California weather. The owner was helpful. I would stay here again if I end up that direction again

  The perfect place to stay, had everything we needed and more. Very, very clean. Disneyland is walkable distance from the house. We walked every day with two children in strollers. We enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available. Kathy came to make sure everything was okay when we first arrived. We have stayed in many vacation homes. This is one of the very best!

  When we came across this vacation home on VRBO,it was beautiful! We were very skepital of making reservations for our familyChristmas vacation of 12,as we've never heard of or have ever rented a vacation home before.We wanted this family vacation to be very special & be able to really enjoy ourselves,as two of our grandkids have never been to DISNEYLAND before.We had 8 adults & 4 grandkids.We originally were going to just rent rv's for us all,but to accommodate all 12 of us,that meant renting 3- 4 rv's. As I previously mentioned,we were skepital,as not knowing if the pictures & description we were seeing were what we were going to get,plus at the time of when we booked it,there were no reviews but it just felt right! Once we did some research & spoke with Kathy,this erased all doubts.The owner Kathy right from the start gave a great feeling that we have just made the best choice ever! We could not wait to get there & have some much needed relaxation time & the excitement of the whole family having there first ever christmas vacation away & the grandkids didn't know of any of this,we kept it a surprise! The minute we drove up the very quiet beautiful neighbourhood,we knew this was going to the best experience! As we pulled up the driveway,we couldn't believe it,it was breathtaking right from that moment! Then you go inside,it was everything you see in the listing & more! The backyard is very private,with a gorgeous pool/spa & outdoor kitchen & relaxing patio setting to dream about.This home is immaculate inside & out,very roomy,comfy,very clean,well decorated & makes you feel good being there! Everything you could possibly need is there, & if you needed anything Kathy was very quick to offer you want you needed! This home,allowed for our family of 12 to be more than comfortable! We stayed for 10 nights,wish we never had to leave,as we enjoyed ourselves so much & really enjoyed how Kathy just felt like family to us! Disneyland is so close, you could view the fireworks from the front yard, as well as the pool/spa! This home is a definate must for anyone whom is wanting a great family experience! If your wanting to have a more peaceful,relaxing & private vacation to Disneyland, this is the route to go! Thank you very much Kathy for allowing our family to share your beautiful vacation home with us! We made great memories that will never be forgotten,& our whole family is looking forward to coming back to your vacation home again! BEST RICE PUDDING KATHY!

  This house was a great place to stay for our family and extended family. We stayed four nights and went to Disneyland and Seaworld. We had a blast. The place was clean, and very versatile for all ages. The kids swam in the pool every day. We really liked the location and the neighborhood was really quiet.

  Three of my colleagues and I rented this home during our stay for a conference at the convention center. Our landlord was not only hospitable, but everything she said to us prior to our staying there was true!! We're already planning on being a repeat customer.

  The house was fantastic. The location was great. We had kids ages 7, 5 and 2 1/2. We didn't have a car for the a couple days and that was tricky getting to the store. You can take a cab ($30 if you shop fast), but a car rental may be recommended. Kathy is such a great host. Very helpful. Returned our security deposit within 3 days! We will definitely stay here again.

  There was 4 adults with 8 teens, ranging from 13 to 19. We had plenty of room. House was so well stocked with everything a person could possibly want. House was in a perfect central location, to many things around the area. Definitely going to be back.

  We enjoyed this lovely, ultra-convenient, home during our visit to the Anaheim area. Because this is new listing, we did not have the benefit of previous reviews, and relied upon the owner listing details. Thus we had just a bit of trepidation starting our visit, but any concerns disappeared as we drove up to the home (beautiful in a quiet residential neighborhood) and entered (modern well-appointed kitchen, big screen TVs, large master bedroom with two additional smaller but more than adequate bedrooms, comfortable living and dining room, a game room pool appointed with waterfalls, and a spa that quickly heated up). The weather was on the chilly side so we did not use the poolside gazebo and barbeque area, but is looked excellent. The bedroom linens and bath and pool towels were high quality. We appreciated the convenience of the home’s washer and dryer. Kathy was a great hostess, making sure we were settled in and satisfied, and also pointed out that the 9:30 pm Disney fireworks were very visible from in front of the home. All and all, a first-rate experience for our party of four adults and two children. We called this, “The Five Minute House” since by car it was 5 minutes from Disneyland, 5 minutes from the Convention Center, 5 minutes from a Super Target, and 5 minutes from any number of good restaurants. No matter what your purpose of visiting the Anaheim area, this is a wonderful headquarters.

  This home was the perfect rental for our vacation. My husband and I were traveling with another couple who had two children ages 8 and 11. The setup of this house was absolutely perfect for our situation because on one side of the home was the master suite that allowed my husband and I to have seperation and privacy and at the opposite side of the home were the two guest rooms with a shared bath in between. The guest room side of the home was even seperated by a door that could be closed to allow even more privacy. The master bedroom was huge and the king bed was very comfortable. It had a large walk in closet, a large seperate makeup vanity area, a long bathroom counter with 2 sinks, a watercloset (toilet in a room with a door) and a two headed shower. There was a sliding glass door that led out to the backyard with a view of the pool and hot tub. There was a couch that could be made into another bed and a large flat screen satellite tv. Just outside the master suite door in the hallway near the front door was another 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was large, well lit and well appointed. Lots of counter space and tons of storage. The counters were granite, the appliances were stainless steel and the floor was travertine. Very modern and contemporary. Well stocked with everything you could need in a kitchen. The garage was converted into a large laundry room with a couch that could be converted into another bed. The conversion was well done with tile floors and lots of storage and counterspace. The two guest rooms were roomy and had queen beds. One bedroom had a sliding glass door that opened up to the backyard. The full bathroom between the guest rooms was recently completely remodeled and very nicely finished. There was a sunroom off the back of the house with a huge sectional couch, air hockey, darts, books and boardgames, a large flat screen satellite tv, another full bathroom and access to both the pool side of the backyard and the covered outdoor kitchen and living room. The living room had plenty of comfy leather seating to be able to sit together and watch the big flat screen satellite tv. The dining room had a large wooden dining table that could easily seat 8 people. The backyard was awesome with the pool, hot tub and huge outdoor kitchen, bbq and covered living/dining area. The landscaping in front and back only add to the beauty and charm of this rental home. Perfect rental for anyone vacationing in Anaheim.
