There is a particularly large and spacious living room, with dining table and 4 chairs, a quality double sofa-bed (double bed), and further large comfy chair, built-in storage cupboard, large flat screen TV (English Satellite TV - BBC, ITV, Sky News etc), plus a DVD and Hi-Fi system and WiFi internet access.
The bedroom is furnished with a King size double bed, large built-in storage cupboards. There is a lovely sunny balcony leads off the bedroom through full-height elegant French doors.
There is a large walk-in shower handbasin and WC.
On entry you have a modern, bright kitchen with full facilities including hob, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and washing machine.
It has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout, with large multi-aspect windows which overlook lovely gardens, this West facing living room is a wonderful afternoon suntrap, while the luxury red curtains are a perfect backdrop to evening dining.
Equipped with a small table and chairs, it is the perfect spot for sipping a glass of wine while watching the world go by.

There is an additional charge of € 100 to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and the supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
It is also our pleasure to supply you with a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap).
A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
The Go-Nice agency that looks after you in Nice is very organized and has many years experience of organizing holiday rentals - they have a contract with Nice airport (or a central hotel near Nice train station if arriving by car or train) collecting keys is very simple and efficient - you can arrive any time of day to 12 midnight (everyday) - simply show your passport at desk and keys will be issued - no waiting around trying to meet people or worrying about delays - there is no charge for this service and no extra charge for late arrivals or Sundays.
On booking full key collection details and directions are sent - Payment is by credit card - Go-Nice has an office in central Nice at 11 Rue du Congres which also gives you reassurance that there is someone available in emergencies or any everyday questions.
