Clean and comfortable second floor home has 3 bedrooms (king size bed, queen size bed, and twin beds) and 2 new bathrooms. A kitchen with island and brand new refrigerator opens into an inviting family room area complete with flat screen tv and room to play any of the large selection of movies and games. A separate dining area gets bright morning sun and an outside deck has a table, chairs, and umbrella available for outside dining.
There is a washer and dryer, as well as a new dishwasher and new coffee maker. A microwave and toaster are also provided. Cleaning, 6 beach tags, and 6 beach chairs (new for 2013) are included in the price.
The outside shower with divided changing area is perfect for cleaning off after a day at the beach. Chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc can be stored on the right side of the two car garage at the back of the property. A gas grill is also available in the garage for our guests.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our recent vacation stay at this property. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped and the beachy decorations added to the feeling of relaxation. We have already booked again for the same time next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I each had a parent who worked on Seven Mile Island (Avalon and Stone Harbor) in high school. They were so taken by the beautiful town of Stone Harbor that they brought their families back here to vacation when they could. We grew up with Stone Harbor traditions like searching for shells at the Point and ice cream at Springers. After graduation from college, my husband and I met in a shore house on Seven Mile Island and got engaged on the back deck of our rental house the following year. When we had children, we wanted to share with them all of the wonderful summer experiences that we had growing up. We have often vacationed here with other families to share with them the perfect beach get away. We looked for many years to find the right place to call our home here and couldn't be happier with the perfect location and amenities that you'll find if you come for a visit. We're happy to share our home with you and hope you make the same wonderful memories of Stone Harbor that we have created with our family.
Why the Owner Chose Stone Harbor:
We looked for many years for a space that would be large enough to comfortable fit our family. We looked at many South Jersey shore towns but couldn't imagine wanting to live anywhere other that Stone Harbor. It is the right mix of family attractions and nightlife. It is close to the Atlantic City casinos and the Wildwood Boardwalk without being next door to them. It is a relaxing town with friendly people.
The reason we picked this particular property is because it was clean, comfortably furnished, and the BEST location on the island. We are so close to everything that we usually park the car for the week and never need to get back in it until it's time to go home.
