Newly Built as of August 2012. we are located in the Tidelands Subdivision. This Beach house features on the First Floor Living room with ceiling fan and Large TV, Kitchen, Large Master Bedroom with ceiling fan TV and custom built ins. and laundry room. upstairs Bedroom #2 has 2 fullsize beds and ceiling fan and bedroom #3 has 2 queensize and 1 fullsize bed ceiling fan and TV. bathroom upstairs is large with granite and double sink also shower/tub combinaton. The open kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. Everything you need is already there (coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, crock pot, utensils, dinnerware, etc.). .Relax after a fun day at the beach in the living room. Gather the family around the large screen TV and watch a movie or hang out on the deck and enjoy the cool, evening breeze.The deck features covered and uncovered areas. Below the house you will find a concrete area with an outside shower, BBQ pit, and lots of parking.
