This beautiful home sits gracefully in the Continental Country Club area of Flagstaff. Walk from the villa to the Aspen Valley Golf Course, and Foxglenn Park, which offers baseball and soccer fields, Basketball courts, a playground and skate park, and access to the national forest. The Campbell Mesa trail system with access to the Arizona Trail, Fisher Point, and Walnut canyon is just minutes away. All of this is within a short drive to Historic downtown Flagstaff!
The Spring Meadow Villa opens to a warm and welcoming living room with vaulted ceilings, cozy, comfortable seating, fireplace and a large flat screen HD television. The modern kitchen features an oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a full complement of cooking utensils and dishware. A formal dining room has spacious seating for six with close proximity to the kitchen.
Upstairs in the townhouse you will find the Master Suite and two additional guest bedrooms. The Master’s quarters hosts a lavish king size bed, flat screen HD television, master en suite bathroom, and an ample walk-in closet. One of the other guest rooms holds a generous queen size bed, while the other guest room sports two twin beds.
You will be content to relax in the cozy, private courtyard area off the back of the house. Lovely, conversational seating makes this space a comfortable place to visit with family and friends.
You will be just minutes from I-17 and I-40, and surrounded by a reputable variety of dining and shopping options. The Villa is the perfect home base for all that Flagstaff has to offer. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick half-hour drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. One of the seven Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon, is just over an hour’s drive north, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. A multitude of activities are also available at the Canyon, including helicopter rides, donkey rides and hiking.
Be sure to ask for advice on hiking or cycling trips, ski/snowboard lessons and rentals, cross country ski and snowshoe trails, sledding areas, as well as any of the dozens of Flagstaff area attractions.

Lovely little vacation house. Only a few minutes walk from a beautiful park (baseball fields, soccer fields, playground, restrooms, etc.) and access to walking/hiking trails. Fantastic for getting outside and enjoying the scenery!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The condo was extremely comfortable during our 7 night stay. We travelled from California to Flagstaff to attend our oldest daughter's baby shower. Our youngest daughter and 2 year-old grandson travelled from Texas to stay at the condo with us as well. With 2 well-behaved house dogs, this place was a perfect fit. The decor was tasteful yet minimal, and when I say minimal, I mean that as a good thing! There was very little that the little grandson could get into. The backyard is gravel which was perfect for the dogs and made it very easy to clean up their waste. The beds were also VERY comfortable, and we slept well every night.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Really enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and the rooms and beds were very comfy. Definitely a place to stay again! Some very minor things that would made the stay better...there was no salt so had to run out to the store to get some. Also, the grill didn't have gas in it for our planned BBQ... We enjoyed this very clean condo. It has a nice layout & its in a quiet neighbor hood. The location is good because its far enough away so you think you are in the mountains and close enough to civilization if something is needed.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This is the first time I use VRBO and it was an excellent experience. The manager was always on contact, and helpful, answered all my questions, the rental rates are just right. My friends and I spent the last weekend enjoying the slopes of SnowBowl and on sunday watching the SuperBowl on the TV!, the Villa was clean, well decorated and confy, the kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked fine. We'll return next year for sure!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

As a dog owner, we especially appreciated the fenced-in back yard--it was nice to turn them out to answer "nature's call" without having to get dressed to go out with them! At 5 below that was especially important! ;-) The easy to clean floors were another bonus, but the best of all is the bed in the master bedroom. I think they have taken a bed from a Marriott - absolute luxury! Of course, having the car in the garage during snow, ice and frosty weather was pure heaven. If we have an opportunity to stay in Flagstaff again - we will definitely check out Spring Meadow!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Super dog-friendly condo with small fenced back yard and easy-clean floors. Comfortable, sunny south-facing living area with big windows to enjoy Flagstaff winter beauty from the inside. Garage is large enough to house our Excursion, much more comfortable than having to fight rain, snow and ice when coming and going from the condo. We wanted to take the bed in the master bedroom home with us - they have taken a page from Marriott in terms of comfort! We highly recommend Spring Mountain Meadow!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

What a great little townhouse! It is a comfortable and efficient use of space with plenty of room for a small family. We stayed for an extended period when our house sold and we were waiting for our short sale to pan out. It turned a stressful situation into a cozy little retreat in a quiet neighborhood setting. We loved taking the dogs for walks on the nearby golfcourse and playing with our son at the park across the street. There was plenty of space for our belongings including several items that wouldn't fit in storage. Parking was a breeze. There are a variety of shopping options less than a mile away. Convenient access to downtown.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
