Large covered dock with swim ladder. Fish from your own dock! The home features one King, one Queen, four twin beds, one futon, and queen sofa sleeper. In addition one queen-size and one twin-size convertible beds. Finished basement with pool table and 8 cues. Playground for kids. Charcoal grill is provided.

Short drive to downtown, restaurants, shopping. Just two miles away from Tugaloo State Park, which offers scenic picnic areas, nature trails, tennis, volleyball, well equipped playground for kids, public swim beach with bath house and concession stand, miniature golf, canoe rentals, plus frequent nature and mountain music programs. Several miles of road inside the park are great for bicycling. GumLog Barbecue is nearby. Shoal Creek Music Park and Shoal Creek Golf Center are only short drive.

This awe-inspiring waterfall, 19 feet higher than Niagara, is located on the campus of Toccoa Falls College. A winding stream flows through the lower portion of the 1100-acre, wooded campus from the base of the 186 foot high falls. It is a popular campus retreat and tourist attraction. Open from 9 a.m. to sundown year round, Toccoa falls is arguably Stephens county's biggest tourist attraction.
