Come and enjoy our beachfront property at Landmark Towers on Sand Key Beach of Clearwater, FL. You will love our private 26x17 beachfront patio to enjoy the sunsets or sit and relax in our enclosed lanai that has a pull out sleeper for extra guests or they can use an air mattress bed also provided. All new furniture and furnishings were added in early 2012. We have stocked our condo with all new items that should include everything you will need. We have a 47' flat screen TV & DVD with WiFi in the living room and a 32' flat screen TV in the master, as well as an alarm clock IPod/IPad/IPhone dock to wake to your favorite music. We provide WiFi along with free long distance to the US & Canada.
We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and a beach cart to get everything easily to the beach. We have covered parking under the building along with 24 hour gated security. The property has two heated pool and hot tub's along with shuffle board and tennis courts and both a gas and charcoal grill in front of each tower for the guests to use along with clean bathrooms. We are conveniently across the street from dining including some of our favorites Columbia, Backwater's, Maggie Mae's. You will also find Dunkin Donuts, ice cream and several unique clothing stores and souvenir shops, a mini grocery store all with a boardwalk on the bay. Clearwater Beach is north 1 mile and 15 to 20 minutes south is St Petersburg. The Jolly Trolley can be picked up outside the condo that can take you to Clearwater Beach, John's Pass and as far as Pass-A-Grille with many stores and restaurants on the way.
