Summer: $10,000 Month, $3,000 Week.
Taxes and final cleaning, (provided does not exceed $150) included.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: The farm has been in my family for 4 generations. It has always contained our second homes. We live in New York City and love to go to Warwick Valley Farms.

It is an amazingly beautiful part of the world, completely natural yet only 52 miles from New York City. It is a relatively undiscovered gem.
