Hey y'all! Family owned since 1974, our townhouse is cozily nestled near the southwest corner of Hilton Head Island, just steps away from Harbour Town Marina in Sea Pines. --- Behind, is the Sea Pines Racquet Club, and in front, the beautiful and well-maintained bike/walking path. (Altogether, there are 20 miles of these trails!) --- The world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point and Ocean Golf Courses are within 1/2 mile. --- In Harbour Town, you can enjoy fantastic dining at various restaurants, shops, live music, and spectacular sunsets. There's also a nice playground and wonderful views of the bay...especially from the lighthouse! You can also rent boats, jet skis, or charter a fishing boat. There's even a dinner cruise to Savannah! --- The Hilton Head Beach Club is about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride. The Sea Pines Trolley also stops right in front and will take you to the beach, the Sea Pines Center and the South Beach Marina (another cute lil scenic spot with shops and restaurants) --- If pools are your thing, our Heritage Villa Pool is privately tucked away inside the complex of townhouses. --- Horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the wildlife/nature preserve are also minutes from the unit inside Sea Pines! --- At it's greatest points, the island is 10 miles long and 5 miles wide. So, should you choose to venture out of Sea Pines, there are plenty more activities, restaurants, and fun, all of which can be easily accessed by car or taxi...and yes, bicycle! *** The master bedroom has a full bath and Queen bed. The guest bedroom has twin beds, full bath, and a cot. There is also a sleeper sofa bed in the living room and our coveted green recliner :) *** Our villa is 1620 sq. ft., and comfortably sleeps up to 7. --- Although we are new to vrbo, we've been renting since 1975! A great many of our guests have returned time and time again! ***** We have: CABLE TV (2), STEREO, DVD, CD PLAYER, LINENS AND TOWELS, SLEEP SOFA, BEACH CHAIRS, WASHER AND DRYER, RELAXING AND SCENIC BACK PORCH AREA W/4 CHAIRS AND WEBER GRILL, GORGEOUS AND SECLUDED POOL ON SITE, CENTRAL AC, FANS IN BEDROOMS: CHECK IN 4 PM......CHECK OUT 10 AM ***** FYI: We apologize for any lack of vacancy. We use other sources to rent our unit, but will do our very best to accommodate you.*****

We loved the villa! It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed plus more. The location was great, and the owners couldn't be better to work with. I've been coming to Hilton Head since I was a kid. And I've been staying at Sea Pines (where this property is) since the early nineties. My girlfriend and I recently moved out west, but yearned to go back to Hilton Head for a relaxing vacation. This property is in the perfect location. Easy access to tennis, the beach, the bike paths, Harbor Town, shops, and restaurants. It's very simply decorated and is very clean. It has exactly what you need and is a cozy little spot. The owners are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I frequently visit Hilton Head Sea Pines area, this was my first stay at this villa, I found the Owners represented the villa accurately and worked with my requested dates without any problems. As with most all rentals any small issues or questions were handled without any problems. I would recommend this villa to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
