Kent was there to greet us and give us a quick tour. He was also very helpful with dining, attraction, and shopping suggestions, as well as being accommodating with any special requests or requirements. The house is in a great area. Close to loads of shopping, restaurants, amenities, and the freeway – yet very quiet on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The backyard is huge, private, grassed, and fenced – prefect for playing pets and children. And the covered patio kwould keep even the hottest heat tolerable when you’re out there. The gated pool area is large enough to have been an adequate back yard on its own, so there is definitely no lack of outdoor space. The pool itself is quite large and feels very private. Inside, everything was clean and well organised. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the carpet is about the softest I’ve ever set foot on. The kitchen is up to date and well stocked. I can’t say we do a lot of cooking while on vacation, but that kitchen almost made us want to put on the ol’ chef’s hat a few more times. The living room area has enough seating to accommodate everyone staying (even if you fill all the bedrooms with your group). And the fact that this is a true bungalow with no steps anywhere makes it very accessible and easy to navigate. After the stay, our deposit was returned in a timely fashion, and Kent's thank-yous made us feel that our business was truly appreciated. If you are planning a stay in the Mesa area, I would highly recommend this as your home away from home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

This is our second stay at one of Kent's homes. He is a very kind, personable man who is extremely helpful to those who stay. Whenever we had a problem he was immediately available and came over to fix it. His homes are always clean and the kitchens are modern. We have cooked many meals and have had family gatherings that were comfortable because of the layout of the house. The pool is also great because there's a fence with a lock which is great for families with young children. The location is also great because it's near a lot of stores if you want to go shopping and not that far away from Golfland. There's also easy access to the freeway. The photos provided are very accurate so there are no surprises. Having stayed at both, we would definitely recommend either one of Kent's properties.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: Moved here about six years ago from Indiana, and love it here. I was a custom home builder and general contractor. Have done several remodels here where the house was gutted, and completely remodeled. Am not looking for future work, if someone needs some help i take a look and give my opinion and try and answer any questions and give some guidance. Am very big on service and want to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. So feel free to ask any questions.
Why the Owner Chose Mesa East:
On a cul de sac, so not much traffic. I picked this property because of the 4 bedrooms, lg grass back yard with fruit trees and shrubbery, and the gated pool. and privacy. I added a new heat pump to the pool also.
