February through April, $2,400.00 per month--May through January, $1,500 per month A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon signed contract. Balance,tax and and security deposit of $750 are due 60 days prior to check -in. Security deposit will be refunded within 60 days of check-out upon inspection for damaage or missing articles and satisfactory cleaning. Rent two or more consecutive months a discount up to 10% may apply. Rates do not include a cleaning fee of $150 or a bed tax of 11%.

About the owner: Our family moved to Florida in 1987 and settled in Parkside. We loved our new home and lived there for several years. With a growing family it was time to find a larger space but we kept the condo as a retirement place for when the time comes to downsize. We have lots of memories and our wish is that you will find this a place to come year after year as you are building your own memories.
