This beautifully furnished condo includes a king-size bed AND a queen size bed as well as a sleeper sofa. It can easily accommodate a family with small children. The condo features a full kitchen and bath, a patio overlooking the pool, access to a washer/dryer, and two assigned parking spaces. Wireless internet is also available and there is a 50' flat screen TV with a DVD player in the bedroom. This is a non-smoking rental and pets are not allowed. It is very comfortable and clean, and is located very close to the Palms Resort and Cafe on the Beach.

We stayed for a month at this condo and it looked just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well kept. The location was just steps from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and the IGA grocery store. The owner was easy to work with and always prompt to answer any questions. If ever in South Padre, we would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I live outside of Oklahoma City and have been coming to South Padre Island for the last 25 years. It's our little 'home away from home', so earlier this year we decided to buy property here. We absolutely love the island, and the location of this condo couldn't be more perfect.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Dancer:
We chose this property because it is quiet, peaceful, and well maintained. And we loved the fact that it is just steps away from the beach, very close to the Palms Cafe on the Beach, and situated almost directly in between two other beach bar and grills.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We often travel with friends, so we loved the fact that this condo had a large enough bedroom to fit a king-size and a queen-size bed. We also felt this would be accommodating for renters who had children. The condo can comfortably sleep 4 people with additional usage of the fold out sofa bed if needed for children.
