GOLF GALORE!! This Luxury Townhouse is located inside a gated, secure resort complex with twelve well groomed golf courses within 30 minutes. Enjoy the PGA course at Pointe Golf Club at Lookout Mountain just one mile from our condo. The famous Phoenician at Camelback Mountain is only 20 minutes away, and Stonecreek Golf Club of Paradise Valley is a 15 minute drive. This is the place for golf lovers!
For the sports enthusiast, or to keep the kids moving, you can enjoy three pools, four tennis courts, and an outdoor basketball court within the complex. You can also take the challenge of the North Mountain Preserve hiking trails and horseback trails within North Mountain Park, which is a short walk from our complex. Come March, spring training is in the air. We are within 30 minutes of most training parks and Chase field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
LIVING AREA: The condo has been recently redecorated with new tile and carpet throughout. The main floor is an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling in the living area, a cozy fireplace, and a full-size kitchen with dining nook. The den, adjacent to the living room, has a full-size sofa bed.
A private patio provides a comfortable area for a cookout. The laundry and storage room lead to the garage entrance from the kitchen. A full shower/bath is on the main floor. Also, a private front patio is just a few steps away from the pool area.
MASTER BEDROOM: On the second floor, is a large master bedroom, with comfortable king-size pillow-top bed with side tables and reading lamps. This room includes a TV with VCR and DVD player. A private balcony gives you a peaceful spot to relax before turning in. The master bath features a shower with a jetted tub for a relaxing bath. A neat feature of the bath area is a personal his and hers vanity and toilet. This Jack and Jill floor plan allows the lady of the house a private area of her own.
GUEST BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a full-size bed perfect for children or guests. This bedroom has a private access to the his and her bath. Adjoining the two bedrooms is a loft area which overlooks the living room giving a spacious feeling to the upper level.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is a full size kitchen with all standard appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. We keep the kitchen fully stocked with the necessary staples such as spices and coffee for your convenience. Also, you can enjoy healthy and quick meals with the super George Foreman Grill. Enjoy grilling inside or out without the fuss and mess of an outdoor grill.
The condo is 1400 square feet. The enclosed garage provides space for parking your golf clubs as well as your vehicle. An extra set of clubs is provided for your convenience.
The central location of this resort is a key attraction for guests. It is only ten minutes to Paradise Valley shopping, twenty minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, fifteen minutes to Scottsdale, and ten minutes to I-17 or Freeway 51. The complex is just one mile south of the Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. We are also centrally located to all spring training baseball facilities. You cannot go wrong with this luxury townhouse in a great resort area!
