This brand-new condominium on Indian Shores sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway looking all the way south with awesome views. It is beautifully appointed with wood, raised, panel cabinets, new furniture, and beds. The large balcony off the living space has a wonderful table and chairs for outside enjoyment.

It is directly across from the Gulf of Mexico... a short walk from the guest parking lot to the beach. You would have two covered parking spaces directly under the unit. Long fishing pier and day boat dock right off the unit. There are fish out there, just waiting to be caught (you can see them swimming from the balcony!). Access to the Gulf of Mexico is just down the intercoastal, with plenty of boat or personal watercraft rental places nearby.

Some of the best restaurants are close by. The access from the mainland is blocks away and is a non-toll bridge. A major shopping mall is just miles away.
