My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. The location was great. The beach was great. Weather was perfect. There were plenty of close options for eating and shopping. Pompona Joe's right across the street. Kenny D's was great for watching football Sunday. The condo was perfect for us. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint would be that the TVs were outdated and small. But when at the beach who needs TV!!Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

What a wonderful condo to be able relax. Not a bad way to wake up every morning... listening & seeing the surf from the 1st floor pillowtop bedroom with its own balcony and bath! And morning coffee sitting on your comfy chase lounge chair on the upstairs deck with view of the surf. The beach's sugar fluff sand and sparkling turquoise water was amazing with the biggest decision of the afternoon...what flavor of frozen drink from Pampono's beach bar? Loved your pet friendly condo almost as much as the princess pooch! Not a stranger to be found on the walk/bike path to Bad Ass Coffee shop for an excellent breakfast sandwich. Bad Ass Coffee treated pooch like a queen by serving her an iced water bowl and dog treats on their deck upon arrival. Pampono's was great too for throwing on a bathing suit coverup and walking across the street to have lunch on their pet friendly deck. Shopping at the nearby outlets were fun and addictive when not on the beach. And the resale shops only blocks away from the condo were a nice distraction during a brief shower to chat with the pet friendly owner. At the end the day, always back to the balcony with a glass of vino overlooking the beach! Definitely thinking of sharing your spacious condo with family or friends on my next trip.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My family stayed in this condo for an entire year and we miss it already! This condo is in the best location for beach fun, dining and shopping. The GULF Views are spectacular. I'm going to miss having my morning coffee while watching the dolphins! The LR and bedroom each have a private balcony overlooking the pool and facing the gulf, courtyard is immaculate and the condo is very spacious. This is THE BEST value in the area. Prime location without the "high-rise" chaos! LOVE IT!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay with you, we WILL be back!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

The entire process was a success, from the first contact with the owner to the lock of the door, this was a fantastic vaction. We found the owners to be quick to respond and extremely friendly. When we arrived the condo was exactly as the pictures showed and the location could not have been better. The furnishings are comfortable and we felt right at home. This is certainly a place we will return to time and time again. I stayed two nights in this condo. Its very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. I especially enjoyed waking up and drinking my coffee on the upper deck overlooking the Gulf. This place was just was the doctor ordered for getting some sunshine and toes in the sand. Will definitely be booking my next Destin vacation here!!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: We currently live in Tallahassee, about 2 hours East of Destin. We LOVE the Destin area and frequently stay in our condo with our sons when it is not rented. We also got married on the beach in Destin. :)
Why the Owner Chose Sandestin Area:
LOCATION and VALUE! If you like to relax on the beach or by the pool and not have to get on a shuttle or in your car to grab a bite or a fruity drink you don't have to. If you're looking for more excitement, you can still hop in the car and hit Big Kahuna's water park, the Marina, Baytown or many other attactions the area has to offer. They are only a few minutes drive away. This is a small family friendly complex. Most of the owners have been here for years.
