Located on a road with no thru traffic in the quaint village of East Andover on Highland Lake. The rail trail for hiking and mountain biking in the summar and cross country skiing in the winter is 300 yards from the doorstep. 15 minutes from I-93, 20 minutes from Ragged Mountain.
Year Purchased: 2010
About: We currently live in Scotland. My wife takes our children back to our lake house each year to spend part of the summer with our friends and family in the area.
Why Andover: We bought this property because the house across the street has been in our family for 50 years. My Aunts still own it. My parents live a few miles down the street. This place has been on the periferals of summer family fun as I was growing up. It became central to my children's summer fun when we bought it in 2010.
