Stunning home located ten miles north of I-17/I-101 interchange in Anthem, AZ. Enter the private guard gated community of Anthem Country Club and take in the beautiful golf course, desert and mountain vistas.
This luxurious, gorgeously decorated, 2253 square foot home awaits you. Two spacious master suites, one with a king sized bed, the other with two full sized beds, comfortably sleeps six people. Enjoy the views from the patio or from the private hot tub overlooking a pristine desert wash.
Anthem Country Club boasts two, beautiful, desert golf courses. Persimmon and Ironwood courses are both private, but non-member play is still available on a limited basis. In addition, there are over 20 public courses within a 30 minute drive from Anthem.
The Country Club fitness center and swimming pool are open to guest use on a day fee basis. $10 per adult per day for both and $4 per adult per day for the pool only.
Within the Anthem master planned community, there are parks, walking trails and even a catch and release lake open to the public.
The country club restaurant has some of the best dining (and views) in Phoenix. Anthem is located 90 miles from Sedona, 30 minutes from Scottsdale & some of the West's best shopping, three and one-half hours from the Grand Canyon, all with lots to do (that's if you run out of things to do in Anthem). Pleasant Lake boating is just 20 minutes away!
