A beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom, second-floor condominium on the 50th Street Block of Asbury Ave. in Ocean City, New Jersey's top, family, shore, resort town. This recently refurbished (2004) townhouse is located in the desirable south end of this charming, family-oriented, vacation destination. Enjoy ocean breezes from the second-floor deck, half covered by awning. It will become your favorite breakfast nook!
A well maintained, fully-equipped unit, our home is located just one block from one of the largest beaches on the island. A great ice cream parlor is just a few blocks away!
The kitchen, living room, dining room and full bath are newly redecorated (2003). Our kitchen features a new stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, a cable TV, VCR and DVD player (with tapes and DVD's), & Stereo. High Speed Wireless Internet Access (bring your own laptop) Off-street parking is available for one car, with additional parking on the street in front of the unit.
And in the back, three bedrooms and two baths, complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom, redecorated 2004, offers a queen-size bed and cable TV with VCR. The second and third bedrooms feature two twin-size beds.
The outdoor shower is great for showering after a day at the beach.
Many extras provided, including all cookware, dishware, glassware, Table & deck chairs, etc.
Non-smoking unit. No Pets. We rent to families only. Sorry, no senior week, prom, college, or non-family group rentals. Weekly throughout the summer. Weekend rates available winter, spring, and fall.

The host family was pleasant and efficient, and they put a lot of thought into making the home bright and welcoming. The walk to the beach was short and very easy. Very quiet neighborhood. I will rent again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

Property very well maintained, very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend. Close to the beach. Movies and games provided they kept the kids busy. I would rent again anytime
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
