My wife and I spent 9 nights in Palm Springs in mid-January, and stayed at this Sunrise Park condo. Unfortunately we hit a cold streak in the weather, so we spent more time than we usually would in the condo. The condo worked well for us. It was very quiet. The bed was great, and we slept well. The place was updated and clean, and met all of our needs. It is relatively close to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the two TV's as my wife and I could watch whatever show we wanted. And the property manager, Ric, was nice and easy to work with. Our security deposit was promptley returned to us. This is a relatively small condo complex and doesn't have large grounds. But the pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice and I enjoyed them both. I just want to say we had a great time and look forward to a future visit. The complex was quiet and the unit has a very comfy bed and we enjoyed watching the large tv in the living room. The TV was a real treat for us. A quick thank you to your property manager, it was so nice to be greeted upon our arrival and have things explained to us.Did you find this review helpful? I stayed here last weekend. The condo was clean and fresh when I arrived. I swam and both times I used the pool, I had the whole area to myself. The condo is located about 4 or 5 blocks to the Casino and some great restaurants downtown. The Kitchen cupboards were stocked with basic staples. Coffee, Oatmeal and Pasta. The condo was very Quiet and I was able to sleep in Sunday Morning with no problem. The Cal King bed in the Bedroom was Great!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
