Located less footsteps to private Englewood Shores beach on beautiful Lewis Bay,less than 1 mile from Cape Cod's famous Seagull Beach! This newly renovated, newly furnished year round home sleeps 10 people (8 privately).
Not only is it tastefully furnished throughout, the home also includes central air conditioning, new washer/dryer, outside shower, 3 flatscreen TVs with cable, wireless high speed internet, gas grill, slate patio with pergola, fire pit, loungers etc, for plenty of entertaining space. The kitchen is newly furnished with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kitchen island, seating for 11, and includes all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and optional grocery delivery service is available through a local grocery store. There are three bedrooms all newly furnished featuring a Master Suite with queen bed, dresser and private bath (2 headed shower and jacuzzi tub). The second bedroom has a queen bed and under bed drawers, and the third bedroom is a bunk room with a bunk bed, trundle, twin bed and dresser. A second bath features granite counter, newly tiled floor and shower/bath.
The house comes equipped with Paddle board, Kayak, beach chairs, toys & towels, etc. to enjoy! Detailed owner's book with area activities, dining, shopping, fishing, boating, museums, and excursions is left for you to plan and make the most of your vacation!!

We were very happy with our stay. It was in the perfect location and even better than we expected. The owners were very helpful and everything we needed was provided. We would definetly use this property again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. Dawn and Chris provided a ton of information to us and were available for all questions. We really liked the home and it had everything that we needed. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: One of my favorite childhood memories was vacationing every summer on Cape Cod. This year we purchased our Cape house in West Yarmouth and are very excited to share it with our family and friends.

We chose this area because we enjoy the Cape on and off season. There is so much to do... kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, boating, shopping, bike trails, the best restaurants, and West Yarmouth is convenient to EVERYTHING! Lewis Bay is a perfect location to enjoy all of these activities as well RELAX at the private association beach in Englewood Shores.
