The kitchen which also opens onto the lanai has Corian counters and sink and is fully furnished with all amenities.
The nautical-themed master bedroom suite has a pillow-top king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The second bedroom, also with a TV/VCR, has two wicker-style twin-size beds. The second full-size bathroom is fully stocked with all linens. Located just outside the condominium is the Mediterranean-style pool area with jacuzzi, full-size refrigerator, sink, and gas grills.
The condominium is steps from Pelican Sound's 27-hole championship golf course. All membership privileges are available to renters for a small transfer fee. Located on the edge of the sprawling course is the 18,000-square-foot clubhouse, which hosts frequent activities as well as formal and casual dining. The tennis complex is located nearby the clubhouse with six lighted "Har-Tru" courts.
The 5000-square-foot River Club is the home of the main pool, fitness center, and provides indoor and outdoor casual dining. Next to the River Club is the launch for the free covered water taxi which travels down the Estero River out to Lover's Key State Park beaches. Shuttles operate several times daily. Canoes and kayaks are also available for leisurely trips down the river.
Pelican Sound is conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples. It is just minutes from the Fort Myers Regional Airport, sandy gulf coast beaches, restaurants, and shopping, including the Miromar Outlets.
