Our home provides the right atmosphere to unwind and get away from it all. Whether you plan to spend your days relaxing on the lanai or sightseeing, our home in Pupukea is the perfect location.
The Master Bedroom is joined by a private bathroom that features a tiled double shower. The bedroom opens onto the lanai -- from there the view is ocean, trees, and sky. It's the perfect place to relax, and witness the best sunsets (or rainbows) the island provides.
Our loft room, away from the Master Bedroom, ensures privacy and space. Each room features a Deluxe Queen bed. A single bed "punea" is in the Den providing a comfortable spot to watch one of the many movies on our LCD TV.
Our open and airy living room is the perfect place to play games, catch up with family and remember the days events of your vacation.
A scenic 5-minute drive brings you to Waimea Bay & Valley, snorkling, and miles of white sand beaches.
We are 15 minutes to historic Hale'iwa town - with local shops and a variety of restaurants. For the golfers, Turtle Bay Golf and Tennis Resort is a short drive away. The Arnold Palmer and George Fazio Courses have been widely recognized as the best of all Hawaii golf courses.
The airport is only 45 minutes away and a trip to Waikiki can take less than an hour. We are close enough to enjoy what Oahu has to offer, but far enough away to be able to forget about city life.

It is always a little "nervous" to make vacation reservations on line for properties thousands of miles away, but this vacation home was WAY OVER THE TOP and the five of us felt we receive a Hawian blessing by being able to stay here for a week. It is lovely, peaceful and very well appointed in art, antiques, wonderful beddings and a "cook's" kitchen. If you are looking for all the charm of old Hawaii, look no futher! In addition, fins and snorkles were provided for our enjoyment and a fun library of films (& rock concerts and operas) for evening enjoyment after a full day of hiking, sun, swimming and surfing. Aloha is alive and well in Pupukea at Kau Hae Maluhia. ( and gay friendly) Mahalo, we will never stay in a hotel in Hawaii again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! Amy answered all our questions and was there to greet us. Jennifer and Deidre were very welcoming with fresh fruit, flowers and offered snorkeling gear, beach toys and a cooler. The house is awesome...very spacious and the view of the North Shore is incredible! Updated kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend stopping at Costco on the way for supplies. Foodland is convenient for DVD rentals and quick necessities. Shark's Cove at the bottom of the hill is great for small children and snorkeling. We will definitely be back!

stayed a week at this delightful property and highly recommend it to anyone seeking peace and quiet plus easy access to all things on the north shore. Amy was a joy to work with and the "paperwork" portion of the trip was unevntful and came off without a problem the house is a delight: sitting on the lanai and viewing out towards ka'ena point you can't help but think your living in the tree tops. Well equipped, nicely furnished and felt like home. I'd stay again and can think of no better recommendation! Mahalo Amy

This house was one of the best parts of our vacation. It felt like "our home" in Hawaii. The owners were wonderful and friendly. The home is beautiful and so are the views. It is located in a great location surrounded by tropical forest. You will not believe your eyes when you look out the lanai at the lush landscape. And we loved the double shower. Great feature to the home. We loved the many windows and fresh air coming in. Felt like we were outside. We had a wonderful time at this special home!!

The house was fantastic! Owners are very friendly and accomdating. House is very spacious....much more than you can see online. Upstairs loft room was perfect for our kids. The great thing about being up the mountain is the great night time temps vs. the beach. Very convenient location with Foodland at the bottom of the road and central to all the best North Shore surf spots. Thanks!

My family had never been to Hawaii before and I was worried that their first experience be a good one. I am happy to say that every one of my family members TOTALLY enjoyed their stay. My mom and dad talk about staying with Deidre and Jennifer again, they enjoyed it so much. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone stay here.

Truly a vacation experience! This home is the essence of aloha! The location is nestled among native Hawaiian flora and has fabulous views of Kaena Point on the North Shore. The spacious accomodations and views were just what we were hoping for and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Hawaii and avoid the tourist humbug. Don't miss out on the shower! ;)

Here are some previous entries in our guest log: ** OH MY! We stayed in Hawaii before, but NEVER like this. Yes beachfront is nice, but this was AWESOME. Peace and tranquility, as advertised and just what we needed! ** 3 weeks seemed like it would be long enough, but none of us want to leave. We'll be back and will recommend this island getaway to our friends and family. ** My husband will miss the surf, my son will miss exploring in the woods, my daughters don't want to leave the deck and I? I will miss it all, but most of all, I will miss relaxing in this house and just forgetting about everything. Thank you for the time with my family (and the time without). ** Honeymooon getaway, no hotel noises and loud guests, need we say more? Thank you.
