This Upscale Condominium was built in April of 2006. Girdwood is a short, 35-minute drive from Anchorage along the picturesque Turnagain Arm. These Condos are situated in the heart of Girdwood and the Town Square. Close to restaurants and shopping, hiking and bike trails.
The Unit is located on the Second Floor. This Building Unit C201 is located in was completed in April 2006, is a secured building and has underground parking as well as elevator access to the Condominium. The views are spectacular, Mt. Alyeska Resort is one of the major views as well as the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations Unit C201 features a spacious, one level, 1100-foot floor plan. This condominium is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and all the right amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a Flat Screen TV with DVD along with a gas Fireplace in the Living Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped for savoring your own home cooking. The dining room features a large wood dining table, can seat 6. The two bedrooms both have Comfy New Beds , 1 Room has a King bed; the other room has a Queen Bed. Each bedroom has its own Private bathroom. There is also roll away beds available for a couple of extra people. A stack Washer and Dryer are available for use within the Condo.
There is a beautiful deck with patio furniture to sit at and relax and enjoy the peaceful sound of the Glacier Creek right out front of the building while also enjoying the awesome unobstructive views.
There is a shuttle service a short walk accross the street to take you to the Mt. Alyeska Ski Resort Slopes. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The drive is about a mile. This is very convenient so that you do not have to worry about driving and parking your vehicle. Just walk accross the street, get on the shuttle and you are at the Mountain in less than 10 minutes.

We stayed at the condo for a girl's weekend, and it was perfect. It was clean, had great views, fully stocked kitchen, garage parking and plenty of room for 4. Great location -- walked to The Grind for coffee, grocery store & Chair 5, and it was close to lots of trailheads. The view from the living room/balcony is great, and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The furniture throughout the condo has a modern feel, but it was all very comfy. Great place!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

great home base for Forest Fair. Well appointed, comfortable, easy to get to. Great kitchen and dining table for the 'home' cooked meal. Small balcony with bistro table for the morning coffee and a safe perch for the kids when black bears come cruising by. Washing machine/dryer to swap the rain-soaked clothes through. The space could use some color or art on the walls but that's about the only downside!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a family wedding in Girdwood and stayed here (actually rented 2 rooms). The accommodations and views were top notch! We came from Minnesota and corresponded with the management company several times and they were always quick to respond and helped us ensure we had our stay covered. Will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Beautiful,clean, quiet and has everything you need. It was great to have so much room and with all the security you never had to worry about your things. I really like to stay in places that are clean and this one is right at the top for neat and clean. It was great having two bedrooms and the gas fireplace was fun to watch on the one rainy evening. The little deck was nice and it was great having a washer and dryer in our room. I like being able to book online and see what days are available. I would stay here again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
