The master bedroom has a king bed and all the amenities; attaached bathroom, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, etc. The guest bedroom had two twin beds with TV and ceiling fan. The living room has all new furinture; a sofa, love seat and two easy chairs along with the flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equiped with a dining table and 6 chairs. The screened in porch has a table and 4 chairs, great place to enjoy mornng coffe or tea. The attached carport keeps your car out of the sun and weather.
NOW, the important part, the beach and pool. The pool and clubhouse is just a few steps from the villa. And a few more steps takes you to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The beach is white quartz sand and is cool to the feet on even the warmest days. Enjoy the beach chairs, take a dip in the warm gulf waters, or enjoy a walk on the beach, over 6 miles from Point of Rocks at the south end to the north end past the public beach. Siesta Key village is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. All of this adds up to a beautiful place to spend a few days or weeks.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: My wife and I are orignially from Dayton Ohio. We were snow birds on Siesta Key from 1995 until we moved to Sarasota permanently in 2010, so we know Siesta Key very well. I grew up in Hamilton Ohio, lived in Cincinati for several years, and then moved to Dayton in 1968. My wife and I will celebrate our 56th wedding anniversary this November.
Why the Owner Chose Island House:
I have traveled all over the world in my jobs and have never seen a better beach than Siesta Key. We bought the villa as a rental property because of it's location on the beach and the excellent management provided by the Island House. We are proud to offer it for rent and hope to have guests who come back year after year. Our family uses it frequently when it is not rented.
