I keep coming back to this beach paradise! Dave and his wife have such a wonderful condo. It is clean and has all the comforts of home away from home! We love the big pool area as well as the closeness to the beach! This condo is in walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and attractions! Dave checks on his guest upon arrival to make sure they have all they need and/or have any concerns. On check out day, he checks in to make sure your stay was enjoyable. This is a PERFECT vacation spot and we are blessed to have found it! The neighbors at the other condos in this unit were very friendly! We will definitely be back the very next time we have some time off from work and school.

Everything about our stay was great-from the SUPER short walk to the beach, to the pool right outside our door to the very nice neighbors. We know how wary you were about renting the unit out to two 20 year olds and a sixteen year old kid, but we appreciated your trust in us and we hope that we renewed your faith in young people. This is a very nice condo for couples. Nice cozy, clean and very well decorated which gives a true local feeling. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon. Even though the weather was not so nice we loved staying at the condo and eating local food at J. Michaels and Hunts oyster bar. We will come back soon.

We have been in David's condo all week and we hate to leave. This has been one of our best vacations ever. The condo is so comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is here! We cooked and enjoyed it so much. If you want to waste your time in a ridiculous high rise condo go ahead. This is" vintage" and" comfortable" PCB. The way it should be. Exactly what we have always loved about Panama City! We met David for the first time Sunday and he is a wonderful person. In response to the previous posting....some people are never satisfied. This condo is not beachside

First, the good. The condo was clean and well decorated. Now, the bad. The condo is not on the beachside as the pictures in the ad indicate. The condo is across the street, in the far left corner, down a hallway and across from the laundry. The condo is cooled by a noisy air conditioner in the wall at the far end of the hallway. We had to leave the bedroom door open at all times in order for some cool air to get in. The wi-fi was down the entire time of our stay. The shower in the bathroom is the smallest I have ever had to use. The shower head is extremely low. I am 6 feet tall and I had to hold on to the towel rack and do a back bend to rinse my hair. This is a no smoking condo, but others in the complex are not. Every time we opened our door to go out, the smell of smoke was overpowering. Due to the location of the condo, the smoke from the rest of the visitors blew down to our door. The complex was not as clean as it should have been. The pool was dirty. Not nasty, but it needed cleaning. We were there for 5 nights, and I never saw anyone cleaning. Also, the office was never open while we were there. This is a poorly run complex. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Owner response:Just a few words because this guest is not worth my time by submitting a respone. We all know people who love to complain and nothing anyone does will be good enough for them, well this is that couple. Beleive what you will but our 50 guest comments speak for us.

Thanks for letting us have the opportunity to rent the condo. We loved how quiet it was. I will have to say from previous experience yours by far is the nicest I have seen. We really enjoyed the weather. It was amazing which makes it all the harder to leave today. I was able to capture some really good photo's of the sunset to top it off, so we have plenty of memorable monents here. We found a really nice inexpensive place to eat as well, while we where down here, Dee's hangout the food was great and the service too it was like being back at home in your own local diner. David & Judy Everything about our vacation was amazing...The beach,night life,food, but your beautiful condo is what made our experience truly special. We were in awe instantly when we saw how much intricacy your condo possesses. It is blatently obvious the amount of pride and effort you have both invested in this place. My fiance and I both agree that anytime we have to stay in a hotel in the future will be devastating, we will miss the accomadations and quaintness of this condo. We will DEFINATELY BE BACK. Our second year here! We looked forward to this all year! Hate to go home(it's still cold up north) but we are looking forward to next year. This is a beautiful area of the State, and the beach is just spectacular. Had lots of time to explore the area, saw 7 concerts, watched countless sunsets, walks on the beach, lunch in the gazebo, and have a great tan to take home. Thanks David and Judy, we love this place. We had a great time in your condo. It is really nice and we loved that it is on the ground floor and a super short walk to the beach. We immediately felt at home when we arrived as we were greeted by our neighbor Randy who was super friendly! It is in a great location on Thomas Drive- just down from all the craziness of the strip but still close enough to walk to food and shopping. My favorite thing about the condo is that we had plenty of clean towels. I've been to several condo's that had the exact number of towels for the number of people with no extras. David is super friendly and even dropped by for a visit to introduce himself. It was nice to put a face to a name. We'll definitely recommend this condo to friends and save David number for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated and is in a great locaation. We really enjoyed the pool as well as the view from the sundeck and the easy beach access. It was so nice having all the amenities off a large condo resort in a small quiet complex. Several times we had the pool all to ourselves and the beach was not overcrowded. When they say "the best things come in small packages" they are talking about Oceanna room # 5. We felt likewe actually relaxed on this trip. Getting to the beach was a snap. The pool is clean with plenty of seating. The unit is so clean, so convenient to all shopping and eateries. The bed is comfortable and all the updates are incredible. We checked in on Saturday(08-15-09)and checked out on Saturday(08-22-09). We loved this condo, and have all ready planned our next trip for November of this year. It is beautifully decorated and fully furnished with everything that you need for a home away from home. David and Judy the owners, are just great people and only a phone call away. Every one, long time residents were just totally friendly and there to help and answer any questions that you may have. George, the maintenace guy, is just totally awesome. He is always buying plants and floweres to decorate the growns with. Not one time, did he not have an answer to our questions. This man, is again the greatest. If you are looking for quiet, clean, upscale and a modern place to stay, this is the unit and place that you must chose. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for such fa wonderful condo. The pictures on VRBO only show half of how beautiful the place is. A week was not long enough... in fact two of us stayed an extra night. For a week this condo was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided so we saved money by cooking several meals. All the neighbors were so nice and the pool was always warm. Great location with perfect beach access. Thank you David and Judy for a vacation home away from home.
