Beach town duplex is the perfect place for family , are you traveling with another couple, or girls weekend. Living area on main, bedrooms up. Brand new kitchen and baths. Enjoy the deck for evening barbeques in our park like setting. There is cable and wifi for your convenience.
Go for a walk along the beach when you awake, maybe stop by La Boulange bakery to get a fresh baked loaf of bread or dessert. Enjoy the Saturday market and all the fresh local produce. Stop by the Old School House gallery and see many of our local artists work. (maybe the kids would enjoy taking an art or pottery class) go for a run (my husband is a marathoner so is familiar with all the paths and trails) all the things you need for the perfect vacation. Qualicum beach is centrally located on the island so makes for a perfect starting point for your vacation. Drive to Victoria in two hours, head over to Denman Island or drive up to Courtenay to enjoy a great meal at the Atlas cafe (one of our favourites) and do some hiking on Mount Washington head to Nanaimo to catch a movie or do some shopping. Drive 10 minutes to Parksville to the Sandcastle competition or grab a Starbucks or go to local Cha Chas and head to the beach to relax. Did i mention golf? Many great courses to choose from. Everything is available here for you to enjoy the perfect getaway. All inclusive rate. Crib, stroller, highchair available upon request.

We had a fabulous experience here. Very comfortable and children friendly. Jean was a delight to talk to, and the house had everything that you would need on a vacation. We recommend it with all our heart.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

About: We are a family of four and have lived in Qualicum beach for 22 years. After spending years of traveling and staying in VRBO's and also home exchange we have decided we would love to offer our property as a vacation rental. We are very familiar with the area and feel we could make someones vacation one to remember.
Why Qualicum Beach:
We lived in this property when we first moved to Qualicum 22 years ago so we know how comfortable and convenient it is. The duplex is located on a 1/2 acre treed lot so although you are right in town it has the feel of being very private. It has every convenience of home, it is a quiet area and so close to everything. We are a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town centre
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Well I would have to say it was the size of the property, the large trees in the back and the space, the duplex is set quite far back from the street so it is much more private than most homes, and of course being able to walk to town or the beach is a definite plus.
