Lovely condo, close to town without being in the middle of the nightlife. Friendly neighbors. A family community. Condo owner provided many of the beach toys needed for fun. Nice view, 2nd floor.

Year Purchased: 2005
About: We are the original owners of this property, and live on the Big Island for 7 years now.
Why Kona Hawaiian Resort:
We bought this property because it is so completely beautiful, and relaxing to stay at. We love the location of the resort to all the action on Alii Drive, including boogie boarding on the beach, swimming, jogging, restaurants, and the delicious restaurants! We also love the open floor plan of this unit, and how the kitchen looks onto the living room, and the living room doors open to the lanai where you can relax and feel the fresh, ocean air!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
On the race track where the Ford Ironman athletic competition is held each year! Watch as the top athletes in the world begin and end this amazing event each year! The views from our lanai are fantastic! We love sitting on the lanai and watching the waves, cruise ship come in, and the whales!!!
