This charming bungalow was built in 1908 and has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a small office space, laundry room, and a hot tub. There is a private backyard and a parking space. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the couch in the living room pulls out to convert to a full-size bed. The main bathroom has a shower and a deep claw-foot tub, perfect for a long soak. Egyptian cotton sheets and big fluffy towels are provided. The kitchen has granite counters, large cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The separate laundry room has a front-load washer, dryer, laundry sink, and an ironing board with iron. Relax on the back deck either at the granite-topped table or in the hot tub which is less than 5 years old. If you are traveling with children and need a pack n play, toddler bed, booster seat, or even just some toys, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate.
The house is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, a grocery store, the Stone Brewery filling station, a wine bar, ice cream shop, bookstore, golf, yoga, and coffee houses. It's close to everything San Diego has to offer - just minutes away are Downtown, the Zoo, museums, Balboa Park, airport, harbor, Sea World, beaches, shopping, etc.

About the owner: We have lived in San Diego on and off since 1994. We bought this house in 2004. Love the house and the neighborhood. We both work downtown and appreciate the easy commute to downtown by either car or bus.
Why the Owner Chose South Park: After months of home searching, we fell in love with this house as soon as we saw it. It has charm, a good vibe, and is welcoming. We have outgrown the house since having a 2nd child, as well as having family visiting from out of state. We still live in the area about 7 blocks away. We love this house so much that we couldn't bear to sell it and decided to hang on to it and give others a chance to enjoy it for a few years. We may well return to it once our nest is empty.
