Welcome to beautiful Siesta Beach, one of the best beaches in the world! Relax and enjoy the fine, pristine white sand on the '#1 Beach in America' (by Dr. Beach).
Our unit T302 sits in the center of Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. The private beach is steps away from the unit and is maintained daily by the staff of Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club. Swim in the ocean or in the two heated pools, bath in the sunshine on the beach, or simly enjoy the gorgeous beachview directly from the enclosed lanai of the unit. We invite you to enjoy the endless fun!
The spacious unit is approximately 1500 square feet and fully furnished. Maid services, linens, and towels (exchange twice in a week) are included. The living room has a 46' flat screen TV with a DVD & VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 26' flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a 26' flat screen TV. Wireless internet service is complimentary.
To celebrate our new purchase of the condo in 2012, we run special rate periodically throughout the year. We also offer discounts for long-term stays. Please email the owner for more details.

Just spent a week here with my family (husband and three kids 7, 5, and 3). The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with when we were planning our trip. The condo was well maintained, tastefully decorated, and located within a good area in the Tower Building. It's located near the stairwell if you want to take three quick flights down or of course you can just use the elevator. It's close to the pool and beach and has a nice view of of the ocean, beach, and pool from the sun room. We love Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club and this was just another positive experience to add to the books. We'd return for sure and request the same condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I have 3 boys under 3 and needed a "getaway." The condo was very spacious and clean. The owner was extremely accommodating, and the management staff was very helpful. The pool was heated and was perfect compliment right off the beach. We would recommend this condo for a couple or family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

I just returned from a week at the condo with a friend who is recovering from an illness. It was just perfect. The condo was beautiful - light and open AND very clean. The staff was so welcoming and curtious. It was both of our first visit to Siesta Key and we could not have picked a better complex. The grounds were very manicured and maintained. I would definitely recommend this condo to my family and friends. I cannot wait to go back either with my family or with my friend again. Siesta Key has a lot to offer and we only touched half of it. What a friendly place to visit. Thank you for sharing your blessing.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi! We are avid vacationers living in the Midwest. We love travel and have been to more than 20 countries. We, however, had never been to Sarasota until 2011. We enjoyed our family vacation there so much that we decided to buy a beachfront condo in the beautiful Siesta Key. We quickly narrowed our target down to Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club because of its perfect location and great reputation. We were very lucky to find our dream condo unit T302. The second unit from the beachfront in the Tower Building, the unit offers every thing we could ask for. We look forward to many wonderful vacations here and hope you will enjoy yours here too!
