Unbelievable panoramic views of the lake and golf course, sunshine, the gulf beaches, great restaurants, great golf, and plenty of relaxation await you at this new, 1400-square-foot, carriage home located at the end of a private cul-de-sac in The Brooks. This is a first floor "Heron Unit" which is one of the most desired units in the Brooks, with one of the best views in the Brooks.
The Brooks is a new, gated, country club community developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group. Spring Run at The Brooks, is a private, par 72, championship, golf course. For a small membership transfer fee, you can golf FREE, paying only cart fees. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop. Practice facilities, which include an aquatic driving range (FREE) are open from 7 AM until 5 PM. This new carriage home has panoramic views of the lake and fairway, and includes everything you would expect from a Bonita Bay property.
The living area has an expansive glass opening onto the lanai with unbelievable views of the lake and golf course (11th fairway). The living area is furnished with a lovely sofa/loveseat complimented with a formal dining set, 36 inch TV, DVD/VCR and stereo unit The lanai is also furnished as a den area and is also enclosed with sliding glass doors and screen.
The master bedroom, which also overlooks the lake and fairway, has a king-size bed,a 20 inch TV and VCR and is located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The master suite includes a private bath and shower and walk in closet. The second (guest) bedroom has queen-size bed, has a 13inch TV, and is located in the front of the unit. The second bath (shower/tub)adjoins the guest bedroom. The living room area also has a queen-size sleeper/sofa.
This unit also has a very large expanded pantry area, filtered and softened water, and a security system.
The pool, hot tub, and gas grills are very close to the unit as are the tennis courts and an exercise suite located at the Spring Run Country Club. You may also enjoy the larger Spring Run Clubhouse pool which is very close to the unit along with and an exercise room and private country club.
This small community (Hidden Lakes) within Spring Run sponsors its own weekly "BYO to Share" cocktail party at the local pool -- a great way to meet new friends and have a great time.
Located between Naples and Fort Myers, this location is prime, just minutes from the gulf beaches, Premium Outlets and upscale shopping centers, Regal Cinemas, The Hyatt Regency Resort, and restaurants galore from "Roys," "Chops," and "Carrabbas" to "Mels Diner."
