Downstairs is the study (bdrm 4), a half-bathroom, the main living room, the dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room. Can sleep 8-16.
Swings, sandbox, gas grill, and outdoor sitting area make for a relaxing time in the backyard with the whole family or party. Surrounded by trees, you can enjoy shade and a sense of privacy as well.

Thank you Mike and Christin for allowing us to stay in your comfortable clean home. It was the perfect size to accommodate all 9 of us and we particularly enjoyed the gift basket upon arrival. We appreciate how quickly you got back to us in answering our questions and I hope we weren't too rowdy for this lovely peaceful neighborhood. Thanks again..........Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Mike and his wife are excellent hosts! They had beds made and everything prepared along with a very thoughtful greeting basket. Mike knew that I would be grilling a large dinner and made sure there was enough propane and that the grill was clean and ready for cooking. The house is nicely situated in a very quiet neighborhood off Southwest Parkway. I would definitely recommend Mike's house and would definitely rent from him again!Did you find this review helpful? Mike and Christin were great hosts! They went out of their way to make sure that me and my 16 guests had a great stay. They bought extra air mattresses and left a gift basket for us, among many other things, upon our arrival. They have a beautiful home that's very clean, open and has wonderful decorations and color schemes. They did their very best to make sure we all felt at home and that we had everything that we could possibly need. This was my first time renting a home and it was such a wonderful experience that I'll be sure to do it again. Mike and Christin put all my fears at ease and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in the area. Very flexible and gracious hosts.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband is a native Austinite and I moved here when we got engaged. It didn't take long before I fell in love with my new home, and I hope I never have to move away. Austin is a beautiful city with so many outdoor activities, music venues, good bars and restaurants, an incredible art scene, not to mention the diverse array of good people.
