Welcome to All Decked Out!!!! Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a spiral staircase that leads up to the 300 square foot rooftop deck. The deck is a great place to enjoy a refreshing beverage and relax. From the deck you can take in views of the gulf, see amazing sunsets and feel the ocean breezes.
The backyard is another great outdoor space. There is plenty of shade provided by several young live oak trees. The backyard has a privacy fence making it great if traveling with pets or young children. There is a little patio area in between the house and a screened in cookhouse. Guests can enjoy the space while playing bean bag toss game, throwing around the football, or hanging out in the cookhouse.
So more about that great cookhouse. It is screened in and has a table with four chairs, lights and ceiling fans. This is the perfect place to clean the day's catch and cook it up. You can grill or fry today's catch in the outdoor cookhouse or have low country boil. The cookhouse features: a natural gas Holland grill, conventional gas stove/oven and a sink for prep and easy clean up. Heavy cookware is provided along with grilling utensils.
There is plenty of off street parking for multiple vehicles. If traveling with a boat or by RV we have room for that too. RV hook ups available.
Inside All Decked Out our guests will enjoy spacious open living areas. There is a sun porch that is great for that morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen has been updated recently with new stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. to make any dinner preparation as easy as possible. There is central air conditioning along with ceiling fans in each room.
The home can sleep up to 6-8 people comfortably. There are two queen size beds, a set of bunk beds, and a futon that will sleep two. There are two full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination. The other a shower only. Both bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers.
It's a quick walk to the white sands and emerald waters of the beach! Upon arriving back to the house from the beach, there is an outdoor shower in the backyard to rinse away the salt and sand.
If you don't feel like cooking, guests have several dining options within walking distance: Playa Taco (lunch only), Beach Pizza, Mango Marley's, and The Fish House.
For indoor entertainment there is digital cable for the 40” LED television with home theater system and surround sound, Wii game console (bring your favorite games), Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or favorite tablet to stay connected with friends and family), and an iPod / iPhone docking station on DVD player. There are books, an assortment of DVDs and a few of your favorite board games.

About the owner: We have family that live in the Panama City area. While visiting them they introduced us to Mexico Beach. We fell in love with the little beach town. The beaches are beautiful and it is so relaxing. No hustle and bustle here. Just come and relax. This made us start our search for a little piece of heaven, a beach house. This cozy beach house caught our eye and we think you will like it too!
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach:
We fell in love with the view and ocean breezes from the rooftop deck. Also the young live oak grove in the backyard is beautiful. It is perfect for our family in the respect that there aren't any stairs and the yard was fenced; making it great for our dogs and young children.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The location of this property is unbeatable! Beach is quick walk, within walking distance of several restaurants, and business center of Mexico Beach, yet the street is very quiet and peaceful. Plus the cookhouse and rooftop deck. This property has a lot to offer and is so comfortable, we felt at home right away.
