we loved it. The location, the accomadians, the view were the best we have ever enjoyed on the coast. The condo was the best setting we have ever stayed in, as we have been going to the coast every year, in the fall since 1980. I have never seen my wife smile so much. We will be booking again next fall, so save me some time. Thank you, Larry. P.S., the condo was the best, no problems, no complaints. I wish I could live there..

This was our first stay at this property. I love the location. It's close to town, so you can walk in if you wish. The view is amazing! Every morning the sea otters put on their show, and sunsets are great. It is a short walk to get down on the beach by the pier. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with pans, etc., if you like to fix your own meals. We also enjoyed the BBQ and the fire pit. We had a breakfast and dinner at the Sea Shanty, both were good. Also a dinner at Martins, which was also good. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. It's a great place to kick back and the location is very convenient to downtown. It's such a neat place sit and watch the marine life there's no need to go exploring, although we did. From LA I'd recommend 3 nights minimum so you have at least 2 full days there between the drive up and back. Also, I'd recommend covering up the patio table and chairs at night (they provide the cover). Otherwise, if there's fog at night the dew will have them soaking wet the next morning, and sitting out on the patio with our morning coffee was one of the delights of waking up.

Right on the Water!
Right on the Water!
"WOW" is what each of us said when walking into the house. This place is right on the ocean. We stayed in a lot and just had the sliding glass door opened for the ocean sound, or sat by the window or on the patio watching pelicans, sea lions, surfers, the tide, the waves, the changes in the fog, the sunset,.... relaxing and beautiful. The house is large and open, plenty of places to sit, deluxe kitchen. We didn't need to drive much, we would just walk into town from the house, SO close. We were in town for a family reunion, and extended our stay here. Some of the family members stopped in and their comments were "this is a gem" and "this place is amazing." Cayucos is a sleepy beach town perfect for a relaxing vacation. The locals were all very welcoming and nice. Many recommendations, would absolutely love to come back.

Great place with great view
Great place with great view
Our family of four stayed here for two nights which was not long enough. Great views, nice patio, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, well equipped, easy walk to beach and town, and helpful neighbors (we had trouble getting the lock box open). Highly recommend. Had a great meal from Ruddell's Smokehouse - great food and friendly counter service.

Wow!! We walked in the condo and were blown away by the gorgeous views! We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the patio. We walked down to the beach and the kids enjoyed collecting sea shells. The condo is a short walk to downtown and the beach. We will definitely return. Very relaxing trip.:))

Ocean Front View & Beautiful Place
Ocean Front View & Beautiful Place
We rented this place for my family who came up for the weekend. The place was great, very spacious, open counter tops that allowed for ideal food preparation, and you simply cannot beat the view. It is a great deal and a great location.

Was more beautiful than pictures. My family and I stayed here during the week and had a fantastic time. The residence was clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I will be coming back here again for sure.

To say that this location is ideal would be an understatement! The views, the location - it was simply perfect for us. We spent many, many hours staring out at the ocean from inside the very well-appointed condo and also out on the patio doing the same. When we come back up to Cayucos, I really hope this gem is available. The owner responded right away and we wanted for nothing, except maybe more time to enjoy! The location is ideal - an easy drive into Cayucos which is beyond charming or down to Morro Bay, Montana de Oro and all the great coastline therein. We took a morning trip up to San Simeon as well and checked out the seals on the beach. If you want to relax, have everything at your disposal in a great unit, please check this place out. (but save a few days for me!) Thank you so much for sharing your home with the rest of us!

My two friends and I stayed in this beautiful ocean-front condo for four days. We wished it had been 10 days or 100 days! We had intended to do a lot of sight-seeing (Paso Robles wineries, Hearst Castle, Sycamore Mineral Springs, Cambria and other neighboring areas), but we were so in love with the views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and patio, that we ended up spending most of our time just sitting and watching the waves crash over the rocks! We felt as though our minds cleared a little more with each breaking wave. The seagulls and other water life captivated us, especially a young sea otter that swam daily among the shoals in front of us, putting on a show. We enjoyed the home's amenities, especially the gourmet kitchen and big screen TV (when we were able to tear our eyes away from the view). There were interesting books throughout the house as well, and a cabinet full of games. My one suggestion for travelers who intend to do some cooking - stop in San Luis Obispo on the way for your groceries. The market in downtown Cayucos was limited, though it sufficed for our short trip. We had two dinners in town, both of which were excellent - Cafe Della Via and Schooners. We loved our weekend so much we have already decided that this will be the destination for our next girls' getaway as well!
