2 bathrooms, one on the main level to service the 2 double bed bedrooms, the other upstairs accommodating the large bedrooms/living room combination. The house has a large dining/living room area, great for large groups. The house contains a modern kitchen with dishwasher, garbage compacter and breakfast nook. There is access to the outside 70 ft deck from three locations within the living space. Washer and dryer are available. There is a small and large wood burning fireplace available for those cool evenings. The house is nestled within a wooded hillside to the southeast, over looking the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Valley of Rociada, (dew sprinkled fields & grasses).
The can provide the ultimate getaway for natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility, away from traffic and noises of big city life. One can find great golfing on the 18 hole golf course. Take a short walk to the Moosehead Bar and Pendaries Restaurant, in the cool evenings or just wait for the wild life to appear before your very eyes. One can also take a short drive to explore the beauty and vastness of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Pecos Wilderness. Easy access to the National Forests or the various state parks is with in short driving distances from the house. Or better still yet just sit on the deck overlooking the golf course and the valley below. Great photo opportunities for camera buffs, country roads provide for easy and enjoyable biking.
