  Dear Mrs. Ana: Please accept my compliments on your beautiful Villa. Thanks for keeping the stock of basic amenities that often times travelers tend to forget. Your beautiful Villa, other great wonderful experiences I had during this trip, will forever stay in my heart. So far… I only have one regret…that I couldn’t stay longer!! That is all other that everything was great! The Patel’s also enjoyed the time here and gave great compliments to your Villa. I am positive that if they are to return, this will be the place to stay Big Wonderful Regards.

  Dear Ana: We had a great time in Puerto Rico despite having been here for 7 days, we still didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted. Loved the pool and beach – it was so un-crowed that we felt like it was our own private resort. The kids enjoyed the boggy boards – and we loved that you had abundance of towels! Thank for having the Villa so well stocked. Especially thanks for meeting us at the rental car facility and leading us to the Villa and shopping etc. We had a fantastic vacation!

  Dear Ana: We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico! We went to the Rain Forest, Bio-By and Old San Juan. The rest of the time we spent between the beach and the pool. It was perfect weather; in the 80’s and sunny most of the time. We had a few rain showers, but nothing tat lasted. Your Villa was great. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Everything we needed was here. The Villa was well stocked with the stuff for beach too. We have lots of fun memories from our stay in Puerto Rico. Thanks for everything you have done to make this a great vacation for us.

  Our group of 9 just returned from a wonderful visit at this villa. Ana, the owner, was quick to respond to inquiries during the booking process and everything was just as promised as when we arrived. The villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The 2 master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms made it feel very private as we had 2 families traveling together. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a pullout bed, perfect for the 3 teenage girls in our group. The modern kitchen has every appliance you will need and was well stocked. We were able to cook and eat most of our meals at home. The villa literally has everything you will need for your vacation: bath towels, beach towels, TVs, DVD players, hair dryers, board games, boogie boards, washer/dryer… All you need to pack are just a few set of changing clothes, swimming suits, and your tennis racquets or golf clubs if you are a tennis player or golf players. We did both while staying at the villa. The villa pool is very small but close, just steps away in front of the condo parking. Our kids were the only ones seen in that pool during our entire stay. The pool at Rio Mar beach club is big but a bit far and need a long walk. We just drove there and there were plenty parking spaces. The beach was terrific, and you can walk along the beach from the beach club area to the hotel beach area. The location of the Villa is very convenient: just across from the rainforest, 35 mins from the airport, 20 mins to Fajardo and less than an hour to Old San Juan. There are a lot of dining choices and local foods at the kioskos, located just a 10 min drive from the villa. If you like to cook your own foods, there is “Amigo” grocery store not far away. We had a great time at this villa and we hope to come back and visit again one day!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  The spacious accommodations with bedrooms separate from the living area allowed for well rested and happy children. Despite the few rainy days we had during our stay we managed to start each day out with a energizing walk down to the hotel (about 1 mile each way) where we would enjoy a few hours swimming in the pool, riding the water slide, and playing on the beach. The pool and water slide were definitely the highlight of the trip for our boys, but If you are just looking for a quick dip there is a pool just outside the Villa which is perfect for cooling off. One of the best parts of staying in the Villa is the proximity to some really great local restaurants where you can get some amazing authentic foods. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurants and making use of the kitchen when we didn't feel like venturing too far for a meal. All-in-all we had an amazing and relaxing vacation; hopefully, we will make it back again some time soon.

  he villa we stayed at in Rio Mar was fantastic! It has plenty of room for a family or small group - two bedrooms with attached baths and an additional small bedroom perfect for children. The living and dining rooms are very spacious, and the kitchen is nice for those nights you want to stay in. There is a community pool steps away from the house, and the villa campus felt very safe with several security gates and guards on watch. The hotel has plenty to do. The pool is huge and great for adults and children with a fun water slide. There is also an adult-only pool that is quieter than the main pool. There are several restaurants on the hotel grounds, and even a decent-sized casino in the evening. The beach is very relaxing and isolated. We enjoyed visiting the local attractions and restaurants in the area. El Yunque rainforest is across the street. The town of Fajardo is short car ride east where we set sail on a snorkel trip. I highly recommend visiting La Parilla Restaurant in Luquillo. It's just a couple miles east of Rio Mar. The place has a fun atmosphere with great paela and delicious mojitos. Overall we had a great time. We would definitely return.
