Large deck with your own picnic table and adirondack chairs just off of the living room. Designated parking directly under your unit.
Sand Dollar is a small 31 unit complex with our own private in-ground pool located in our beautiful courtyard with a large grassy area for play with 3 charcoal grills and picnic tables.
The complex also offers an on-site laundry room, deeded access to the beach via the crosswalk just across the street.
The Waffle House is right next door, Sea and Suds is just across the street on the beach. Pink Pony Pub, The Hangout, Hooters, and many other bars restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Gulf Shores Zoo, Waterville, Mini Golf, Walmart, Shrimp Basket, The Warf, and many other bars, restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.
